When a Dr is prescribing controlled substance it is their responsibility to make sure there isnt abuse. That is why when you go to a pain clinic your urine is checked monthly to see how much of the drug is in your system and if there are drugs that are not prescribed by them as well.

You may not have heard, but the doctors that over-prescribed Anna Nicole Smith are currently in court facing charges along with her lawyer/friend/lover Howard Stern for allowing her to get prescriptions in her name, so NO, its not just a problem because MJ died. This ongoing problem has been coming to light in many other instances, maybe its just YOU thats noticing now because MJ died.

When you think of the time period, Janet did not use no damn persciptions in 2006! When she lost all that weight and was on the cover of People! I heard about that case along time ago but I’m not sure if it’s acurrate. Peole will just take irrelevant stuff and run with it!

Yeah if ppl had had this much to say about Child Molestation when Woody alan, Jerry Lewis, Elvis, and a host of other WORLD FAMOUS WHITE MEN started doing it then maybe it would be such a problem NOW.
