Sad situation…. all the way around.
I have to say this is the way of the world. Karma at its finest! He thought he could parade this strumpet all through his town and not pay the cost. I bet the wife knew she but she fell back and played her position. She probably prayed to God everyday for her husband to come back and for him stop his ways. Of course the Almighty and All-knowing God did her one better. God’s wrath is like no other. This isn’t the devil’s work; the devil’s work would be if they kicked the wife and that w***** made it to the mansion. I feel elated that this happen to him and her. She has a token straight to hell for suicide. Her sister had the nerve to say it was the wife or the ex-boyfriend. She purchased that gun two days after she was arrested and released for a DUI so it was pre-meditated murder. He deserved every bullet as did she. He wasn’t thinking of his kids when he did the things he did so I refuse to acknowledge him as a father.
Just think about this, after she shot him in his sleep, what was going through her mind? What was she thinking? I believe she was plotting to kill him but I think her death was not planned?
Did she panic after she realized what she had done? Did she think that killing someone was as effortless as they love to make it seem in the movies? After reading all those stories of those serial killers from tru-tv, I want to know what was her frame of mind BETWEEN THE TIME SHE SHOT HIM THEN SHOT HERSELF?
I dont want to hear anymore about that jerk and his w*****!!

The autopsy indicates she shot herself once through her right temple. “She was found on the feet of Mr. McNair, who sat on the sofa,” he said.

Even in death she tried to plot to be beside this man in his lap. They said her body eventually fell to the floor at his feet WHERE SHE BELONGED!!! Do you see how GOD always can one up a mother*****er! God said, “no hoe, you belong at this man’s feet you low-life.”

Well the nephew should be offering condolences to the family of McNair..it takes two to tango and Kazemi is not the only victim here..her family had no problem with knowing she was accepting gifts etc and seeing an athlete so why didn’t her family step up months ago..sad story but McNair was not the only a****** in this situation and the girl knew damn well what she was getting into
He made some unfortunate decisions, but he didn’t deserve to die. I hope this makes us all more cognizant of who we connect ourselves with and at what cost! My prayers are with his family.

I missed that Kazemi was a waitress at Dave and Buster’s. A rich woman wouldn’t look twice at a waiter. The larger issue is that folks really need to think twice about whom they let into their lives, especially since the decisions you make today, may impact your kids tomorrow. So sad.
Let me start out by saying I hate to wish death on someone but I honestly think this man would be alive today if he didn’t try to inflate his ego but getting outside pu$$Y.
I hate it for his children. Yeah, they’ll probably be secure financially but what about the emotional stigma attached to them for the rest of their lives???
If *****ODY learns from this, I hope his children will grow up to know honesty, trust, and integrity.
If they even THINK about straying, this should be a harsh reminder of what NOT to do!

I only feel for his wife and FOUR sons. What a shame McNair didn’t think of his boys. Even if he and his wife were having trouble, the children should always come first.
Sorry, but he made a fool out of his wife!!!! Personally, as a wife and my husband got “offed” by his piece of *****, I would not attend the funeral services, to resist the urge of spitting in his face.

Is speaking the damn truth. Sad as it may be. Steve didn’t think his actions would catch up with him to this extent. I’m sure his wife knew about the other women, and she like A LOT of other women chose to stay. Steve knew it’s cheaper to keep her, and still do his dirt on the side.
God is a just God, and I believe when you’re doing wrong there’s always a chance for you to change your ways before being taken out. If it wasn’t his time to go then he would still be alive but God had different plans for this man.
Steve was responsible for his own death, he just had a little help from his crazy jump off.

I agree with everything that everyone is saying. Sometimes Men (the ones that cheat) get so arrogant and think that they can do no wrong. Sadly this cost Steve McNair his life. What’s even more sad he will never be able to explain to his wife why he did this!
I don’t think that anyone is saying that he deserved to die. No one deserves to die until his/her appointed time. I’m just saying that you need to keep mess/junk/negativity out of your home life, especially if it may affect your family.

His way of thinking is–
I provide well for my family. (Financially he does)
My wife doesn’t need or have to work. (She doesn’t)
I give her everything she wants. (materialistically, he does)
AND–
She KNOWS he’s cheating. When the sensitive issue comes up, she honestly admits that she’s accustomed to what she has and is afraid to go back to her lifestyle before marriage.
I just SMH.
See–I think cheaters sometimes seek out women with low self esteem and low morals. They fill their heads with shyt and shower them with all sorts of material things. This is a way of roping them in.
Yes–to SOME men, we as independent women ARE a threat to them because you see–independent does NOT stand for material gain alone! Our minds, hearts and souls are accustom to being independent as well and there are some things a STRONG woman would just not tolerate! ESPECIALLY with shyt out there that can hand you a death sentence (by genitals or otherwise in this case!)

No one is perfect, but I think he paid for his actions with his life. No can say if the cost was too high or not high enough. However, his family & friends are suffering more than he is right now, so how is his death just? I can’t question why God does things the way that he does, I can just hope that we all learn from his mistake. People do not respect the sanctity (I hope that is the right word) of marriage.

I am in a cushioned life based off of the hard work and effort that was instilled in me by my parents. I didn’t use my Coochie to get ahead like that dead w***** did. I’m cool. I couldn’t disagree with Toxic’s comments more. You make way too many *****umptions about God’s so-called work. You, first, too easily identify the work of this young lady with the work and wrath of God. To argue God made her buy the gun and shoot McNair is just presumptuous. This was her choice as far as we know. Besides what gives “you” such a vantage point to know this as the wrath of God? Clearly, even if God is all-knowing, YOU are not, so why the cynical reading of this mans death? Why the preempting of the judgment of God?
For instance, you have already consigned the woman to hell because of her suicide. What gives you the right to make this choice? If God is all powerful and all-knowing, as you surmise, then shouldn’t you excuse yourself from deciding how God will judge? Aren’t you infringing on the freedom of God to judge in the way that God decides? Moreover, if God is a loving, personal God (at least as it is typically understood in the biblical text) then why does Karma—a principle which is based on a consistent and impersonal process of cause and effect—have the final word?
Finally, to say that McNair or this obviously sensitive, young woman, who was experiencing unknown pain—and clearly dealing with it in an unhealthy way—DESERVED the bullets overlooks the fact that all of us quite often get WHAT WE DO NOT DESERVE. This is the way of grace. The superficial view that “we deserve what we get,” at least from my standpoint, overlooks the grace of God which we all benefit from. We all make sinful choices; we all can be better mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers; we all can be better neighbors. Now, I certainly don’t expect everyone—including yourself—to agree with me, but I wish we would think through and wrestle more with some of our viewpoints or at least be more sensitive/merciful to the humanity of those who experience such tragic deaths.
We all will someday die….. Let us hope it is with dignity; and no matter how we die, our death will be a witness to our humanity.

I really don’t think that anyone up in here is claiming to be perfect, stuff like this just hits close to home for some, especially women.
Just like when I was on another urban website a few months ago and there was a story about a man choking his wife to death after she called out another man’s name and the general concensus…from the men was “See, that’s why you can’t mess around like that, let that happen to me, the same ***** woulda went down!” Guys up in here acting all blasé about ***** until they are on the other side of the fence a situation. LOL!
If we are gonna bring the religion into this, then one sin is no greater than the other right? Different sins hold more wait for certain people. If Steve were a child molester or a rapist, and people were saying “he got what he deserved!” I’m pretty sure people wouldn’t be going “What’s wrong with everyone! No one’s perfect!!!”…although a sin IS a sin.

Really, its a good thing you put it in all caps because your point might not have gotten across. First of all, I don’t read the Bible, I’m not Christian. The three Holy Books do say that suicide will take you straight to Hell, “do not p***** go, do not collect $200,” alright. I’m not judging them, God will do that perfectly.

McNair claimed to be a man very in touch with the church and God so I can comment about how is behavior was very contradicting of his beliefs.
What financial hardships could you possibly have at 20yrs old. So basically he didn’t buy her *****. It sound like he only made down payments. Anyway, he should have stuck with a sista. A black woman would have gave all that ***** back and said, “I was broke 2yrs ago & living with my parents so I can do it again. Steve would have still been alive. His tires may have been cut but he would at least be breathing.

Thing is… most of the jump-offs I heard rumors about were college educated black girls.
Meaning, if it ended with Steve or not, they had something going on with them and some self-worth and a way to improve their lives without him.
This girl had NOTHING. And this was in her mind her ticket out of her situation.
She had no education, she had no money, she didn’t even have a mom or dad.
I believe more and more that Steve never promised her anything. I think she just told people that because she wanted this that to happen and she had to justify her actions to her family.
So KNOWING she was just his concubine sent her over the edged and made her realize, that she was not getting out of her situation.

My opinion is that he deserved it and obviously she thought so as well. She also thought her life was unworthy of living. Why I am going to weep over the lives of people who didn’t care about their own lives. Suicide is the equivalent of murder, the taking of a life is all the same whether it be by the hand of another or your own. Thou Shalt Not Kill. Basic Principles of Life whether you believe in God are not.
