Probably, if we think about

I grew up in S.E. Washington, DC… went to Ballou H.S. smoke weed, drank, ran with hustlers…Flipside, I worked on Capitol Hill and most of the congressmen were clients of my brothers who sold drugs. I have several books SELF PUBLISH…write short films, work for a Retirement company with accounts only a Million up. As a matter of fact Congress help fund some of my self publish work.
