Im sorry to say thats how he does. I am a washingtonian. I remember one day I saw him at the Giant in NW. I told him about me looking for a job cause I had met him years back at a neighbors house. He gave me his number and told me to call him. When I did he kept talking bout my legs. I told him I was gay and that was the end of the conversation. But for real I think its sad cause he did alot for DC. not just increase the profits of the drug dealers.And I say again.
