Being a hater/frenemy is beyond simply having an opposing opinion and/or stating a “truth” from your perspective.There is nothing wrong with having an opinion or giving your perspective. A hater/frenemy habitually demonstrate negative behavior or state mean spirited negative comments that is deliberately intended to undermine and/or discourage its target. To object to this is not a matter of someone overreacting or being to sensitive, it is being wise, loving yourself and those you care about, and refusing to waste your time on the unnecessary.

At Ridiculous…..there is nothing wrong with having a mind of your own or telling people the truth, i do that everyday and i appreciate the friends in my life who are honest to me however there is a difference between being a true & honest friend or a hater/frenemy !

Those of us who experienced it are usually very nice people who “turn the other cheek” too often. We figure either the person is misguided or surely they didn’t mean to be so hurtful and we continue with them. I am patient, loving, forgiving and realize that i too have many flaws and can always improve, i’m also not perfect….does that make us wimps/*****s or human ?

If you have a frenemy or hater in your life, why bother? Obviously they don’t have your best interests at heart ?
Would you spend your time with someone constantly
putting you down, embar*****ing you and hating on you ? Hmmmmm…..don’t think so !!!

What a generation! Hater? We never used that word growing up. We had a mind of our own. We didn’t like something, we told you. Now when something isn’t liked, that person is a hater? So what? Today’s generation is a bunch of wimps and *****s who don’t want their feelings hurt.

@ Miss Tonic…very well put. By all means let the church say AMEN on that one. Considering all of the chaos going on in the world today, we as people don’t have time to hate. We probably should be more concerned about China who wants to blow our *****ess (excuse the vulgarity)off of the face of the earth. To give a modern day example, a hater is someone who makes you feel bad because all the while they were having multiple sexual escapades resulting in children, they make you feel bad because you have none. In return, they hit you up like an ATM machine.

Favorite quote: “You can do that because you don’t have any kids.” Doing “that” can mean a number of things: dressing nice, hanging out with no budget, and traveling to exotic places. To be quite honest, I have children too…rent, student loans, insurance…need I say more?

Those are real words of wisdom that should be taken to heart, especially ” I dont have time to teach any one how to be a good friend” Trying to do that will only pull you further into their web. We should trust and respect our inner feelings,that voice in us that is from GOD.
