Wrong!! A black man who wants to date/marry a non-black woman will do so regardless. There are plenty of black women who are open-minded and play the non-traditional “black sports” such as golf and tennis. The thing is when some black men reach a level of success they don’t want to bring a black woman with them.(hypothetically thinking) These black men themselves probably weren’t fortunate enough growing up to be able to play non-traditional “black sports” or even do non-traditional black hobbies in general(travel the world,collect art,etc) but when they are able to do those things,they don’t care to marry a black woman and expose her to new things. This event and many events of the sort are usually invitation only and mostly the wealthy people and/or well-known get invited(and that doesn’t include alot of black women). So you wont find too many black women there,unless they’re working.
Because some things such as tennis and golf,for the most part,are only accessible to middle/high cl*****,some black people don’t get to play that often. Especially where I’m from. The only tennis courts and golf courses are located in the high cl***** neighborhoods and subdivisions and is only accessible to the members.(which is 90% white people). Even the mostly black middle/high cl***** subdivisons don’t have tennis courts or golf courses(where I’m from).
I got to play tennis for the first time when I went to college and I love it. And I also watch it on TV often. But the only place I can play it is at the Recreation center at my school(even though I have graduated). And btw,good tennis rackets and golf clubs aren’t cheap.
And to add, by them NOT marrying a black woman and exposing her to new things or where she can afford to do some things she may be interested in(traveling,cooking exotic foods,etc..),it doesn’t help the black community. Which unlike most non-black men(whites,mexican,chinese),I know some black men don’t care to do.

Just to add to my point–
While in college, my godfather had season tickets to the NY Knicks basketball games as well as a devout Mets fan. I spent many a day/evening at sporting events and let me tell you…it wasn’t our people at courtside or in box seats. They were positioned damn near in the nose bleed section unless someone took a bunch of inner city kids to the game(s).
The white girls were RIGHT there within shouting distance to the brothas. The white girls were the ones who found ways to get into the locker rooms. The white ones were the ones who found their way to the “exclusive” parties.
One of my brothers played football at the University of Iowa. The morning after their loss at the Rose Bowl he awoke to find a white girl licking his toes!!!
How the hell did she get past security to get to his room?
My point is–they position themselves to interact closely with rich athletes, entertainers, etc.
