First, why are soooo many of you eager to make an *****essment of these people without an iota of evidence? I understand that by the virtue of being a gossip based site content will be posted without verification of sources, however this post is indicative of a misuse of “information.” Bossip said they “heard” that Keston is gay, and others have commented that it says the same thing on the sandra rose website. But Sandra said allegedly, which is a clear indication that even she too is speculating. So please be mindful that if someone creates a website and says that they heard something about someone it does not make it factual; (and in many cases not worthy of indulging).
For those who were interested in actual facts, that picture was taken at a party where they (in addition to Frankie–Keyshia Cole’s mother) were booked to promote the event. The three of them are obligated to take pictures at the event…it comes with the job.
Second, to those who say, I knew he was gay, or bi, or whatever based on how he looks is just plain silly. You cannot LOOK at someone and know their sexual orientation. Honestly if you were capable of such a feat by all means bottle it up and sell it, because you would be rich…and clearly based on the people who will believe anything on here you have a solid market of individuals to sell your pyrite (fool’s gold) to.
Third, The individual who wrote that no straight man would take a picture next to gay men actually saddened me. In a time when our country has evolved enough to get beyond many of the biases that have held us back as a nation, and as a people, then to see him write that (essentially) people with different interests/backgrounds/histories wouldn’t allow pictures to be taken is evident of the many strides that we must still take. I would hope that you try broadening your horizons, and understand that the test of one’s masculinity is not based on his proximity to homosexuals.
Forth, lastly, and most relevant to the root of this post; Keston is not homosexual (or bisexual for that matter). Yes, he is strikingly handsome, with a body that you would have to be visually impaired to not see as desirable. If good looking/sexy now equals gay then you need to expand your list of possibilities. But whoever you decide to add to your list, do not include Keston’s name because you would just be wrong. I have known him for some time now, and I would imagine that if he is annoyed/frustrated that so many people would prefer to make up rumors, post them, and then to have people who claim to be fans jump ship so quickly because they believe some random gossip; I know I would be. These are real people we are talking about, with families, friends, and loved ones. I am a heterosexual black woman, who hates to see inaccuracies portrayed as facts; especially those enacted with possible malicious intent. The fact of the matter is that Keston is sexy, AND straight…there’s just no getting around it. I don’t know why someone chose to concoct this story, or why so many people thought that it just had to be true. Ladies, men can be attractive, and sexy, handsome, and kind and that does not make them gay. Enjoy Keston for what he is, a kind, attractive black man, trying to do this thing. Hello! Why is this a surprise. Tyler Perry seeks out hot gay dudes for a little on the side. It just is not spoken on. He is like Luther. Tyler will likely never marry unless it is arranged. His ideas regarding drag queens (Madea) was more than just studying his mother/aunts as he claims. He was hitting the ATL clubs years ago. It is about time that Terrell was exposed and others will likely follow suit.
Too the people making negative comments. You ought too be ashamed of yourself. None of you have walked in either of these mens shoes or know about their life experiences. Maybe they were born that way, maybe they were sexually abused, or maybe they made a choice. Whatever the reason is it’s not your business to judge them. As a African American, i know what discrimination is and most of you should know better. People are always trying to put people down who they percieve as being different from them, to make themselves feel better about their own lives. The negative comments on here also confirms why gay men are on the downlow, because they don’t want to be ridiculed or discriminated against by these type of people, who are usually family, friends, coworkers or people that can affect their future earnings.
