Who cares who they’re supporting NOW? The primaries are almost over! Instead of taking the safe route like John Lewis, they should’ve been down from the start like oprah (unless, of course, they weren’t sure of Obama that early in the campaign). I can’t give props to folks who lend their support when the finish line is in view. I wonder how they feel now that Obama’s win streak has come to an end? Do they feel like they’re ‘out on a limb?’ No way they wanted THAT to be the case!

The National Archives has asked the court for permission to delay the release of any records indefinitely (after the November presidential elections). Per the request of Bill Clinton, the earliest some of the records could be released is 2012

This is why I love america…this thread right here was so honest and made me feel really proud that we “black folx” can have an intelligent discussion/debate about politics with informed opinions and real passion for our beliefs.

and jay z and russ can suck it…late as hell and i think they are phony. My sis and i were talking about why no one in the hip hop community (cept talib kweli who shouted out obama on his eardrum cd) is coming out to endorse/show support for the first viable black presidential candidate in US history. This was two months ago mind you. Something way bigger than hip hop and drugs, sex, makin it rain, etc and they dragging their feet to make their voices heard. GTFOOH! sell outs.
