What I fine so amusing about alot of this “black women versus white women”post is that people seemed to forget that black women give birth to and raise the black men that the everyone find so desirable. How can you dislike a black women but love her son? Dark chocolate like Reggie does not come from cream, and usually it is really the chocolate ones that are chased after.Even the black men who put down black women speak as though they not talking about their mothers,aunts, sisters etc. People can be so shorted sighted. There nothing wrong with getting you “swirl” on if thats what you like, and people who dont like it need to move on. I just dont think its necessary to justify a personal choice by putting down black women. As for some white women who attack the “essence” of black women but claim to love black men, they are kidding themselves. How can you love a black man and not love black people as a whole? The man was not raised by a rock.

Racist comments aside – it’s great that these celebrities are travelling all the way to South Africa and Botswana. Their fame and status will help raise awareness and get more people involved (from around the world).

Interested in seeing how Reggie handles Africa. Not sure how African Americans see Africa. One thing’s for sure – South Africans are proud people and you gotta love the diversity! 11 official languages, different cultures and religions, urban and rural settings, beautiful landscapes, majestic animals and of course the greatest living icon – Nelson Mandela.
