The plot of almost all of his movies are the same. Strong black woman puts up with no good baby daddy. She then finds a good brotha. They live happily ever after. He just repeats the formula and cashes the checks. His movies are very woman centered and the romantic leads are not at all coonish. I think you are being to hard on him. There are more positive female roles in his movies than anywhere else in Hollywood.

Tyler Perry’s movies feature strong black women putting up with useless black men. Maybe that hits a little too close to home for some people.
I confess that I have never seen a Tyler Perry Movie except Daddy’s Girls which I accidently turned on. Although not a top quality film, it was not as coonish as I expected. But those Madea shows are cooning to the 10th degree, also Meet The Browns is coonish and I honestly think shows like that, ignorant ***** Rappers, Ghetto *****’s always either looking for a handout or constantly taking other peoples property are some of the main factors that contribute to our downfall. I recently tried to help a brother get acquainted with the real business world. I told him the first thing you need to do is get rid of your braids(he’s 32 and trying to find a better job )his response was no way ***** dem whiteys. My response was no ***** you, if you expect to make inroads in the business world you can’t come accross as Ghetto. Our people don’t understand that the world will not suc*****b to Ghetto and wearing do rags, bling bling, braids and apple bottom jeans to work just dosn’t cut it. After this lesson I decided to move on and concentrate on young black males and females who have not yet been blemished by Ghetto society. So all you do rag wearing, non proper english speaking, ghetto attitude people-get to stepping, because I have officialy washed my hands of your ways. What I will do is pray that you somehow see the light, other than that it’s up to you to break the generational curse.
