Come On Kelly Let’s Sell Some Records

With this recession looming over our heads, we have grown a soft spot for Ms. Kelly. We can’t say that we’re feelin’ her album in the least bit, but we are always rooting for the underdog.
Hopefully having her people call the paparazzi each time she goes outside is working.

as for her music..lol she should start and become the female version of Mario Lopez a.k.a A.C. Slater…just host a bunch of reality shows and watch your stacks grow..
This doesn’t surprise me cause there is always one super star in a group who does well after the “break-up”..Justin Timberlake and N’Sync or the individuals in the group equally suck like Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls..

Kel needs to lay back in the cut for the summer and revamp her career and come out with something banging for Christmas. Homegirl is about to play herself out the way Brandy did.
First, we get the “revelation” that Kelly had a boob job. Next, we see the photogs snapping her pic while shopping in L.A. Clearly, her people are trying to get her a little press. She needs to clean house and replace everyone to include her management, reps, publicist, songwriters, producers, everyone. She should do what what Patti LaBelle and the Blu Belles did years ago: Fire everyone, go to Europe for six months, acquire a new look and sound, then reappear bigger, badder and bolder than before!
You know…Kelly Rowland is a very attractive woman. I wish she would just follow her ture calling and become a model or a spokesperson of some kind. She is never gonna be anything more than a back up singer and artist. When she finally realizes that she will be so much happier.
I do wish her the best though bcuz she seems so damn sweet and genuine.
Why is his site promoting another one of Matthew Knowles’s clients? How about promoting someone with a really good album who’s the underdog? Like, uh, I don’t know… ANYONE ELSE?

Ya know, she seems like a sweet girl and I just want her to find her niche and do well. With Knowles as her manager, I don’t think he has her best interests at heart, so I doubt she’ll ever reach her full potential. I think his daughters are absolutely his #1 priority.
she does need new management..and she should go to london for a year or so to get a new persona and boost record sales..and come back fierce!!

WHAT?!?! You got tickets for that? My law firm is suing one of the main ticket brokers for their shady ways and the straw that broke the camel’s back was the whole Hannah Montana show. LOL
I don’t know why people are always blaming her management when things don’t go well for her. Some artists are just don’t have that “it” factor. Kelly IS promoted. Mathew can only do so much. If the public isn’t responding, what he is suppose to do? Beyonce gets more attention because she is in higher demand.
To say he only focuses on his daughters is hilarious considering Solange isn’t in a better place than Kelly. Matthew’s focus is on the money – and that’s Beyonce.

@notorious…someone I work with had a pair he didn’t need. I really lucked out because I only paid $125 for the pair. I didn’t tell him that he could have gotten a couple of hundred dollars a piece for them! They were good tickets cause we were close enough to see her face. We had a ball! If we could just get the Cheetah Girls to comeback, then we’ll be disney official! We are going to High School Musical on Ice next month.

Kinda sorta…I work at a law firm but I do entertainment work w/ one of the consultant attys that works in the office. The Hanna Montana case just happens to fall under both jurisdiction that the firm handles. If any of that makes sense.

@Notorious, sounds interesting. When I was in college, I thought about doing law because I took a Business law and Communications law cl***** and loved ‘em (got A’s in both). Anyhoo, the debt scared me off, so I stuck w/PR.

Yeah the debt can be overwhelming but trust me when I say your earning potential is limitless when you have that JD degree. It’s an investment in self. I was actually more interested in my MBA (sports management). I eventually came upon a dual JD/MBA degree.
