I go to the cancer center thinking I’ve got chemo today only to find out it’s the wrong day. Then I find out that I have to wait over an hour for my bone marrow injection.

See, I goes and picks up the Reader’s Digest, right? Then this old lady tells me it’s hers–she was reading it so I give it back KNOWING it belongs to the treatment center. She then looks at the woman sitting next to her and says “finish reading it to me later ’cause you know my eyes ain’t that good no mo!”

I’m like “Oh h-e-l-l no!” “How you gone take something that’s clearly for everyone’s use and you can’t even read it?” (It wasn’t like it was the big print one, either)

She put it in her pocketbook and I walked right up to the receptionist and told on her.

I am all for a two parent family, but what makes Knight more deserving to have them “work it out” than Nas’daughter Destiny? Not true. A woman may survive without having a man there but children should have a father. Women can’t make babies without a man & shouldn’t have to raise the babies without a father either. Children need the balance, support and love of both parents. We need to get off of the idiotic ideology that “we don’t need a man, we can do it all by ourselves” and demand these men to take their positions. CHILDREN DESIRE & DESERVE BOTH PARENTS.
