Bossip has learned that even if Katherine Jackson receives custody of Michael’s 3 children, they will more than likely be raised by MJ’s older sister Rebbie Jackson.  Rebbie has been helping Katherine with the kids at the Encino, CA home and the kids adore her. 

Rebbie currently lives in Las Vegas with her husband and is 59 years old.  Although Rebbie was a singer early on, she has remained pretty quiet ever since, making her a great fit for a guardian.  Thinking about all the Jackson siblings, we think Rebbie would be the best choice because it sure as hell wouldn’t benefit the kids to be anywhere near that slimy, grease-bucket known as Joe Jackson.
