That’s a wonderful idea…because not only is he possibly sparing someone the embarr*****ment of being stopped, ticketed and jailed by the law, but he’s also, very possibly saving lives in the long run…I’ve never heard of any other partying celeb taking that kind of responsibility…it’s to be commended.
