Meet Viral Twitter Rapper Omeretta The Great
If you’ve been active on Twitter over the past year or so, you may have had one of Omeretta The Great’s raps retweeted down your timeline.
The 20-year-old Atlanta native has been flooding her Twitter page with videos of herself at home spittin’ that real about life, relationships, f***boys, jealous b!t¢he$ and everything in between.
We spoke to the viral sensation and she told us exclusively that she began making music around 6-7 years old, but began rapping seriously at age 11.
The Georgia peach says that her dream is to be an artist and take care of her family the way her deceased father would have wanted her to (she lost him when she was just a 1 year-old).
She’s well on her way to achieving that dream as high-profile faces like Jussie Smollett and Reginae Carter have both praised Omeretta’s talents on Twitter.
It’s safe to say that Omeretta has got all the talent to be another of Atlanta’s homegrown certified stars.
