Kanye West denies the rumors that he and fiancé Alexis Phifer had a ‘secret wedding’ while in Europe recently:

Internet reports that the two wed in a secret ceremony in Europe are “untrue.” West, 30, proposed to Phifer in 2006 while vacationing in Italy. They spent time in Europe earlier this month for Paris Fashion Week. Sources close to the Grammy-Award winning rapper previously said that he would tie the knot with Phifer to honor his late mother’s wishes that they make their relationship official. West has also said he’d have a low-key ceremony.

“I’m just going to go and get married,” he told GQ last year. “I’m not going to make a big deal out of it.”
