Now I wouldnt hate on Mariah because she can hold her own too. I think they are both talented women in their own right. I think there a few “REAL” singers out there and Mariah, Whitney, Christina A and Celine Dion were the only ones left after the old heads left the game. Hopefully whitney will show that she’s still in the game. The difference is Whitney was always classic. She has songs that just stand the test of time…her and Celine. I dont know that Mariah has achieved that one yet, but she’s good.

That single “I look to you” is horrible! Whitney’s 1st single needed to be something slamming. They are probably getting bad feedback from the single & decided to release something else soon.

Stop dissin’ Mariah… Now would auto-tune really be such a taboo if T-Pain and many other artist milked it to death before Mariah just decided to check it out and do ONE song on it. The song is fire and just a bubbly fun song. We ALL know Mariah has pipes and puts out ballads, why can’t she try something new artisticly within her artistry? As far as I’m concerened she can do bubbly light pop songs and monster ballads. Did she not give us WE BELONG TOGETHER?! Sometimes it’s NOT all about the fans, but the artist’s preference and artistics needs.

As far as I’m concerned all Mariah needs to do is work on her live vocal performances and wardrobe.

Whitney is great and I hope she returns stronger than ever. And honestly I’ve heard the track… She does need to work some more, but I KNOW she’ll pull it off.

Drop the Whitney Houston VS. Mariah Carey things. It’s so 90′s! Now we’re lucky to have both Whitney and Mariah back, not anymore crappy music, or anything from Beyonce and company.

I have been a fan of Whitney since the 80′s and I will buy her new album because I want to hear if she still “got” it, but I have been looking and looking at this album cover and IMO, that does not look like Whitney at all.

I’m sure it’s photoshopped and she is older, but even if a picture of a celeb is photoshopped you still see some resemblance of the person. I see nothing at all that says Whitney.

I hope the album does well. IDK what her CD has to do with MC’s CD bc I am sure they will be on 2 completely different levels. Both ladies can sing & both deserve credit for their talent.

Her fans can’t wait so CLIVE decided to move the album release ONE WHOLE DAY?!? WOW
