I like Kelly this situation wasn’t intentional,heres the full story

Clarkson is reportedly furious at her record label for releasing her new single “Already Gone” — after the singer realized it has the exact same backing track as Beyonce’s “Halo.”

But according to CBCNews.ca, who actually spoke with Clarkson, the former “Idol” champ is blaming the whole thing on music producer Ryan Tedder — who allegedly gave the same beat to Beyonce without informing Kelly. FYI — Tedder is also the front man for the band OneRepublic.

Clarkson told the CBC, “No one’s gonna be sittin’ at home, thinking ‘Man, Ryan Tedder gave Beyonce and Kelly the same track to write to … no, they’re just gonna be saying I ripped someone off.”

i prefer halo and i aint even on beyonce like that as most may have noticed. However quality wise, Kelly kills Beyonce anyday. Beyonce sings about sh!t sometimes when she’s ready. Rihanna did that retarded umbrella ish and now this fool does D-iva, imma d-iva. damn idiots

I’ve always been a huge fan of Kelly Clarkson, she has a great voice. The writer didn’t give a damn he was getting a check, he’ll probably do it again to someone else.

What is interesting is …. I can hear the similarities in the tracks, but now that I’ve heard Kelly’s song, I like her song better. The lyrics seem to have more meaning and it’s a song that will last a long time to come.

we are al tired of hearing beyonce yelling, moaning and screaming on a track… Good to hear Kelly voice.. I would have thought beyonce jackedit afterwards.. that is her MO…..

yes it’s the same track for both songs. I am a big fan of Bey but truth be told, Kelly’s version is a lot better and her lyrics flow better and are a lot more meaningful than Bey’s
