A Chicago man was high on PCP when he attacked a female officer. The officer is still recovering from her wounds a week after the event above was recorded. In the video, a man high on PCP is seen grabbing the taser and wrist of a female officer who was attempting to arrest the man. The man, who is spaced out, looks to be in a trans as he is continuously tased and beaten while he keeps the woman in a death grip. The screams heard are from the man being arrested…not the woman. Notice the other female officer being shook?
