K. Michelle Says She Won Court Battle Against Memphitz
K. Michelle recently told her followers that she was triumphant in court against Memphitz.
As previously reported in 2012 Memphitz sued K. Michelle, Viacom for $15 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages after K alleged on LLHHATL that an ex abused her.
In 2015 however, he lost the case but apparently filed an appeal.
That appeal however was recently denied and K’s declared victory.
“Appeal denied: My court case is finally over. […] It was a long road but Mona Scott, Eastern and Viacom believed in me. People laughed at me, called me crazy, called me a liar.
Welp, it’s been a looooong four years.
K’s now past her court case and is happily booed up her doctor bae Dr. Sims.
