Antonio Cromartie Accused Baby Mama Of Not Telling Him She Was Headed To Jail

Earlier this year, Cromartie filed docs explaining Pierre didn’t bother telling him she was going to be incarcerated despite them sharing custody of their son.

The NFL star blasted Pierre for not informing him and for her continued criminal behavior.

Pierre fired back demanding the court order Cromartie to pay $26,395.50 in temporary appellate fees.

Things got so bad that Pierre filed a motion for a temporary injunction against Cromartie pointing out his continued attempts to delay the case or refusal to pay court ordered fees or costs.

She explained at the time he had $5.6 million in a brokerage account, $40,000 in bank accounts, $500,000 in retirement accounts and $1.2 million in real estate assets. Pierre also said her baby’s father was earning $466,255 monthly income and no evidence of debt.

Pierre demanded the judge order Cromartie not be allowed to make any substantial withdrawals from his bank accounts or incur any additional debt, along with an order banning him from destroying or altering any financial records in his possession.

Late last year, Cromartie filed his financial information explaining his monthly income is $416,666 with $166,666 in bonuses. He pays $194,088 in taxes per month and $9,000 for Medicare along with $21,800 in child support, leaving him with $356,151.

The legal battle – which Cromartie filed in 2005 – is still raging on in Florida Court and the two will face off soon in court.
