Naomi no longer do Runway and thats a fact she stated and besides I would know considering I’m personel for IMG her American Agency and Banks, Turlington, and Crawford all have other business ventures but what is Linda, Claudia, Stephanie, doing besides Modeling? Nothing but fronting campaigns. I’m not trying to attack you but Naomi has other ventures too and the last runway show she did was Hermes in which she only opened and closed the show along with Stephanie Seymour which was about 2-3 yrs ago. All I ask if you’re gonna hate on her at least hate with accurate info! And stop portraying her as anywhere close to broke still posing to make a living when she’s an Pop Culture ICON.

You are the one that sounds retarded. Yes, Naomi still does runway work, check out every Euorpean & NYC fashion week. Don’t front Junee. She does work for charity, no denying it, i never said she didnt do any. But to say she still doesn’t catwalk for $$$, she does.

As for Jourdan Dunn, Sessilee Lopez, Chanel Iman and others, you make it sound like Naoimi is the only one to open doors for younger black models. What happened to Iman, Beverly Johnson, Tyra, Alek Wek, Liya Kebede and the other older models? Yes, Naomi is a trailblazer, but SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE!

I am not hating on Miss Campbell, but Junee, she’s notorious for her diva fits and temper and one day she will hit the wrong person who won’t be afraid to hit her back…….

As for her print work, I am well aware of her Yves Saint Laurent ad campaign as well as numerous others. But when you compare her to her contemporaries like Banks, Evangelista, Turlington, Crawford, and Schiffer, she could have moved on to much BIGGER business ventures or finished her education like the ones above.

Naomi Campbell has business and charities outside of modeling. She has a perfume line and has a charity for Katrina victims(she’s helping black folks), and is an actress and singer. Who knows what else?

Holy cow! Naomi needs some work in the wig/weave dept like NOW!!!

I think she’s just frustrated that she didn’t take a clue from her contemporaries (Evangelista, Banks, Crawford, Turlington, Schiffer)and get her education so she can veture away from catwalking (runway work)to other fashion-related businesses. If I were the only 38 year-old model still doing runway work, I would hit people too.

But I swear, one day she will hit the WRONG person.

I am neither a fan or hater of this chick but I am waiting for the day when she hits the wrong assistant, stewardess, maid and they lay her out. When this happens maybe she will learn to keep her hands to herself.
