Janet has an amazing ability to yoyo with her weight. Jeez…it’d take me about 9 months to get that weight off and she’ll probably do it in 3.

Yeh, Janet can look like a walrus one minute…next time you see her she rockin’ a six-pack. Crazy. I definitely prefer 6-pack Janet, but I’ont mind a lil somethin’ to hold on to either.

Janet’s weight has been up and down. She is still mourning the loss of her brother, and she is entitled to some emotional eating. I am sure she knows when enough is enough!

Janet’s weight has gone up and down since she was young. Had it not been for her being an entertainer, she would definitely be a big girl. She puts in on during her off seasons and takes it off right before a new album is dropping, so don’t be surprised if she’s back down to a size 6 in a few months.

don’t feed into this shit. She has had a damn weight problem for years. She gets bloated, goes on a crash diet, does lipo and some quickie body sculpting and boom! Back to that svelte swag.

You know Janet has always been up and down with her weight, I’ve seen pictures of her as a big woman, and less than a month later, she’s back looking fantastic!! the pics are hard to tell…like I said most of her pics are of her in sweats and baggy attire, give Janet a minute and I bet she’s back looking incredible.

i’ve never seen Janet more beautiful as she was, when she made that speech on the BET Awards. i know she was grief-stricken, but DAMN she looked good! She also was working that BAD dress, hat and shoes at the funeral. And she was wearing her own hair! Go Janet!

This is so funny!!!!! This picture is a picture from before her last c.d. was done. Media people are so funny!!!!! Come on, it’s been just over a month since Michael died and we saw that she was no where near this size. How within a little over month could she gain this much weight. COME ON!!!!! lol…… crazy!!!!

I for 1 think she looks great. At the bet awards she was visual shook up , but her skin and complexion looked awesome. I was wondering if there could possible be a bun in the oven.

Janet is an Icon becuase she has done all the same things that they have, paved the way for the Beyonce’s and the Ciara’s and the Rihanna’s. Not taking anything from Madonna or Mike, But Janet is an icon in her own right, she has had the same success and impact as the other artist you mentioned.

I’ll say a prayer for Janet, and hope others send their prayers and well wishes her way. She’s been through so much. It’s scary how fast she gains and looses weight. At her age, it puts her in a high risk of having a stroke. If you look at how she’s yo-yo in just the past 2.5 years she blown up at least 3 times, and lost the weight quickly after that. Not good. But I hope she and her family get through their storms.

Yes.. Us Janet fans are very concerned with this issue.. I think about Luther all the time.. weight fluctuation that often can be VERY dangerous to the heart and may cause stroke or other harmful effects. That is why we try to tell her to just be her and forget about the media and all that trash.. but she knows we love her either way* it’s all good. Her favorite things to splurge on are

If this is true – Janet needs to get a grip. She does seem to subscribe to the same obsessive-ness that Mike had about the media and his looks. If he really was bald he didn’t have to hide that; if he did have vitigilo he didn’t have to hide it – I meanin terms of he could’ve been a spokesman for it and raised $$ to find a cure . If Janet is normally thicker so be it – that is normal and HUMAN not these eras of being super skinny & cut and then other times she is more healthy. It is obvious that she takes soemthing

Janet and the entire Jackson family seriously need to be left alone. Please let them mourn in peace. The last thing that woman needs to be worried about right now is her weight. =( My prayers go out to all of them.

So cut her some slack. I don’t know how I’d act if I lost my brother and it’s obvious she and Michael were extremely close.

That has to be an old picture. I know she’s probably gained weight, she’s mourning still (damn, I’m still mourning Michael and he wasn’t even my brother) but there is NO Way she gained THAT much weight in a month.

I agree this is def. an old picture. AND so what Janet can gain as much weight as she wants we ALL know that she on top of her game and she can lose it faster than any of these other BRAWDS out here ;p
