Janet’s weight has gone up and down since she was young. Had it not been for her being an entertainer, she would definitely be a big girl. She puts in on during her off seasons and takes it off right before a new album is dropping, so don’t be surprised if she’s back down to a size 6 in a few months.

You know Janet has always been up and down with her weight, I’ve seen pictures of her as a big woman, and less than a month later, she’s back looking fantastic!! the pics are hard to tell…like I said most of her pics are of her in sweats and baggy attire, give Janet a minute and I bet she’s back looking incredible.

She must be on the “Loch Ness College Student Diet”.
I successfully gained 40 pounds with that diet.
It consisted of drinking 40 oz.’s of Steel Reserve 3 nights a week, late night pizza and cheese stick sessions, playing video games, sleeping all day (even in cl*****), and taking cabs everywhere.

Really, with everything that Janet is going through right now, the emphasis is on her weight? This is why celebrities go through what they go through. Shame on Bossip for even going here. She is in mourning. MJ was only JUST laid to his official resting place.

I am sick to death of society’s obsession with what people look like. So now, on top of everything else poor Janet is going through, she’s got to read about whether or not people prefer her overweight or skinny. That’s the best we can do??

As for me, I’ll just continue to keep her and her family in my thoughts and prayers for their strength to overcome such a huge loss. Like she said: The world lost an icon, but she lost a brother.

I would love the oportunity to help help her lose a few pounds. JD Dupree is stupid for letting her get away. Janet is not the player type, she just needs one man who is in her corner. lil jd was not him. He *****ed up when he didn’t go to the funeral with her. Janet is an Icon becuase she has done all the same things that they have, paved the way for the Beyonce’s and the Ciara’s and the Rihanna’s. Not taking anything from Madonna or Mike, But Janet is an icon in her own right, she has had the same success and impact as the other artist you mentioned.

I’ll say a prayer for Janet, and hope others send their prayers and well wishes her way. She’s been through so much. It’s scary how fast she gains and looses weight. At her age, it puts her in a high risk of having a stroke. If you look at how she’s yo-yo in just the past 2.5 years she blown up at least 3 times, and lost the weight quickly after that. Not good. But I hope she and her family get through their storms.

Yes.. Us Janet fans are very concerned with this issue.. I think about Luther all the time.. weight fluctuation that often can be VERY dangerous to the heart and may cause stroke or other harmful effects. That is why we try to tell her to just be her and forget about the media and all that trash.. but she knows we love her either way* it’s all good. Her favorite things to splurge on are
1) CARAMEL APPLES
2)HAGEN DAS STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
3)PAPA JOHN’S & DOMINOS ( AN ENTIRE ORDER)
4)BAKED MAC & CHEESE & SWEET POTATOE PIE

If this is true – Janet needs to get a grip. She does seem to subscribe to the same obsessive-ness that Mike had about the media and his looks. If he really was bald he didn’t have to hide that; if he did have vitigilo he didn’t have to hide it – I meanin terms of he could’ve been a spokesman for it and raised $$ to find a cure . If Janet is normally thicker so be it – that is normal and HUMAN not these eras of being super skinny & cut and then other times she is more healthy. It is obvious that she takes soemthing

Janet is naturally on the heavy side and she always goes back to that. When she loses weight in a couple months it’s called liposuction and amphetamines. This yoyo garbage is gonna cause her serious heart problems. She needs to eff everybody and be at a weight she’s comfortable with and focus on her music. I have to question this photo too…..she was not that thick at the memorial….not even close.

And anyone who has been a fan of JJ knows that she is an emotional eater and she yo-yo’s.

Just like someone said, when it is time for her to do a concert and handle her business, JJ is on point.

So cut her some slack. I don’t know how I’d act if I lost my brother and it’s obvious she and Michael were extremely close.

So again, cut the woman some slack and show a little bit of sensitivity.
