She needs to divorce Jay-Z and marry Hollywood royalty, like Catherine Zeta-Jones did when she married Michael Douglas (his family go way back in Hollywood). Catherine beat out Renee Zellweger for her role in the movie Chicago for that reason.

I just watched Obsessed over the weekend (glad I got to watch it On Demand WITH my Cable Employee discount) and she was terrible!! Seriously??? Beyonce just needs to STOP with the whole acting nonsense. I just watched Obsessed over the weekend (glad I got to watch it On Demand WITH my Cable Employee discount) and she was terrible!! I don’t care how great the movie script is, she needs to hone up on her acting skills before she takes on another role. Real talk!

If Bey really really wants to act then she should start with smaller roles. She should stop trying to play the main character and hone her acting skills first. Everybody has to pay their dues somewhere. Take some supporting roles and some acting lessons, then maybe someone will take her seriously. Otherwise she should just stop … PLEASE! She is painful to watch and so is Eva Longoria. Both of them always have to be in the limelight and neither of them have any real skills. I shudder to think what this movie will be like.

As far as the comparisons to “Broke Back Mountain”, the reason it garnered so much attention is because there were brilliant actors and actresses to make that movie.
