Mary J. was spotted working out last week in Miami. Damn, doesn’t she look like she can’t stand it no more!! Mary needs to watch out, before she gives herself a hernia, hemrroids or some sh*t.

Nothing wrong with being healthy, but her problem is she’s so preoccupied with projecting this “hot girl” image… She should be somewhere reading books or conferring with artists… I know this is just one picture but she said on Tyra that she’s bloated 3 of the 4 weeks out of every month… Which means she’s convinced herself that 75% of the time she’s a bloated whale. That’s such body dysmorphia… She’s always talking about her insecurities, she’s just tooo preoccupied with it…

She actually isnt doing it naturally; she amittedly had breast surgery years back with and when her home-girl, lil Kim FIRST started having surgeries and looked pretty decent before the foolery you see now. Check out old ‘Real Love’ pics of MJB versus ‘No More Drama’ pics…..obvious differences. But having said that, I still think she’s above the game as far as other FAKE-AZZ celebs go.

Why when everybody else besides youre Idol, has a picture on here thay had to have called the photo-hogs? This may come as a shock to you so Ill try not to be descriptive, but some people are actually interested in someone other than Rihanna! I know this is a lot for you to handle right now, I dont want to hurt you, but just try and wrap youre mind around that concept..just breathe!
