A former employee of gossip tranny Wendy Williams is suing her husband, Kevin Hunter for sexual harassment and “creating a hostile working environment”.
Nicole Spence, the plaintiff said:
“Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to ‘f- – -’ me. I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio.. In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head.”
Asked about Spence’s complaint, Williams yesterday told The Post, “Her allegations are totally false. This bitch is out of her mind. Husband Kevin Hunter said “the allegations are “so far from the truth. It’s insane.”
Now that’s some wild sh*t. First off, it’s particularly hard to believe that a big ole horse like Wendy can’t throw down with another man. Secondly, that Kevin does look crazier than a mf – doesn’t he??

Go to TMZ and read the whole complaint. It is mind blowing and I believe it all. I listen daily and I remember when they removed Nicole’s office to another part of the building then soon after that Wendy was suspened for 2 days,but she couldn’t or wouldn’t talk about it. Just when you think your life is so horrible and you complain about what you have and don’t have along comes a story like this that makes you appreciate and thank God that you don’t have other people’s problems. Especially famous people. They sell their souls and take all kinds of abuse to be rich and famous. It’s really sad. Just think about the stuff we don’t hear.

I totally believe it — at least some of it. You know what they say, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. And loyal listeners to her show, like me, have indeed noticed something amiss about the all-of-a-sudden absence of Nicole and her big mouth. And I knew there was something amiss about Wendy’s nonchalant response to a question a listener had the other day who asked about Nicole.
This is the same way she acted on the air when her first sidekick Art left under mysterious cir*****stances two years ago.
Also, there were other signs such as last month when they were preparing to go to L.A. for the Grammys, and Wendy discovered that Nicole was missing and her computer was gone too. She openly wondered what was going on.
Also, in the past, there have been discussions on air by Wendy and Charlamagne about Nicole’s abbherent love life and how “Hef” was in the room with Nicole, by himself, consoling Nicole about her bad choices in a mate.
And who knows, maybe Hef’s advances is the REAL reason who Nicole, though invited, didn’t show up for Thanksgiving dinner at Wendy’s house.
All of this is adding up. And I certainly wouldn’t put it past Hef, since, according to Wendy, he’s had issues like that before. She has been very open about his being unfaithful to her in the past. And I agree with another poster here that she said herself on the show that they’ve been known to physically fight in the garage around the station, as well as being caught in public with him being aggressive at least once. So, this really shouldn’t be a surprise.
I just find it funny though that she thinks that by not mentioning it at all so far on the show today, and I’m listening intently now, is suspect and hypocritical of her. But then again, she’s a damn hypocrite. She tells other women with similar problems to leave their significant others, but then she kept hers.
Another point of contention for me with her is that she talks about hating some stars for certain reasons like infidelity in their marriage ( and I detect a little displaced aggression here), yet she doesn’t criticize the stars she likes when they’ve proven to do the same things that she blasted the stars she hates for( ie. Angelina and Brad/Tori Spelling and hubby Dean.)
And you can’t keep saying awful things and wishing bad things on people and not have karma come and kick your *****. I’m sorry. I won’t forget that awful thing she said to a caller a couple of weeks ago about how she shouldn’t worry about her husband messing around with a 46-year-old jump off and her getting pregnant because the baby will turn out to be retarded anyway. Then she and Charlamagne, diabolically laughing in between, continued to make sounds like a retarded person. Doesn’t she think that there are people out there who want to have children at that age because they haven’t had an opportunity to during their younger years?
And then when some woman called a week later, saying she knew that jump off’s baby was born with a brain tumor and that Wendy was right about cursing the woman and the innocent child because of the child’s condition, Wendy just dismissed it in a joking way.
That was awful. The worst. And God doesn’t like ugly. And that’s why she’s suffering this embarr*****ment now.

Regarding the old conflict between Method Man and Wendy Williams:
I’m not a true fan of Wendy Williams.
I often think she’s out of line with her comments and really stupid.
But not in this instance.
She did not say anything spiteful or hurtful about Method Man’s wife.
Williams only said his wife was being treated for cancer, which was true.
How does this add up to talking ***** about someone?
I tuned in briefly last week to hear Wendy Williams mention being suspended but she quickly said she was not to speak of her suspension and her crew cracked jokes and moved onto another subject.

They also metioned thats why she can get away with so many antics without people stepping to her. I know all three of them. I beleive parts. It’s wierd because Nicole’s not the type to lie like this. But she’s also not the type to be “scared” of anybody. And Wendy for damn sure is not going to let somebody hit on her. I’m going to play devils Advocate here, Nicole stated the only reason she went to the authorities is because the radio station did nothing to stop his advances plus once Nicole told Wendy abt her husbands unwanted advances Wendy stopped using her as a booker for her show! Nicole being employed by WBLS couldn’t be fired by Wendy so whenever Nicole booked guests Wendy would leave them out in the waiting room for hours on end. Nicole said that doing this made HER look bad as she was the one to call them & arrange the interviews! All in all I think Nicole got tired of dudes advances told Wendy who either thought Nicole should give her husband some or got jealous of her. Nicole went to Vinny Brown & a few other department heads & got NO WHERE so she’s bitter!

On the heels of the sexual har*****ment complaint filed by talent booker Nicole Spence against the husband of her boss, radio personality Wendy Williams, SOHH spoke with Spence’s lawyer to find out more details about the scandal.
As SOHH previously reported, Wendy Williams’ talent booker at WBLS 107.5 FM filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission yesterday (March 24) alleging that Williams’ husband and manager, 33-year-old Kevin Hunter, tried to demand sex from her on repeated occasions.
According to the complaint, the self-professed “Queen of All Media” “aided and abetted” her husband’s sexual har*****ment, even offering to take Spence shopping so that she could dress like a “sexy little b*tch,” as Hunter demanded.
Williams has publicly refuted these claims, calling Spence a liar.
“Her allegations are totally false,” the shock jock told the New York Post. “This b*tch is out of her mind.”
SOHH spoke to Spence’s attorney, Kate Webber, today, who along with lawyer Kenneth Thompson – known for defending former Source magazine editor-in-chief Kim Osorio in her sexual har*****ment suit against Source founder David Mays and Raymond “Benzino” Scott – will be representing the talent booker. Webber said she’s unmoved by Williams’ denial.
“Interestingly, we hear no detail from Mrs. Williams where in contrast, Nicole Spence lays out clearly exactly what’s been going on there and how utterly offensive it is,” Webber said.
Spence spares no detail in her six page complaint, listing instances of sexual har*****ment in which Hunter allegedly told her on several occasions that he wanted to “f*ck” her and berated her, calling her a “stupid f*cking b*tch.”
Spence also claimed Hunter was also abusive to Williams, choking her and beating her in and near WBLS’ New York City offices.
While Williams has dismissed all of these claims, Webber said she is confident that Spence will prevail.
“We have clear evidence and other witnesses at the company who will back it up, that Mr. Hunter engaged in blatant and open sexual har*****ment,” Webber told SOHH. “He did this in the office, in front of other people. The company was aware of this, the head of Human Resources was aware [and] all of this supports her claims strongly.”
In Spence’s complaint she says one HR employee in particular actually warned her about Hunter.
“Catrice Allen of Human Resources admitted that she personally heard Mr. Hunter sexually proposition me in the workplace and warned me to watch out for Mr. Hunter,” the complaint reads.
Aside from this alleged admission, Spence said she made several verbal complaints and written complaints to the company but little was done.
Although at this stage, Spence has only filed a complaint with the EEOC, Webber alluded to a lawsuit in the future and proven knowledge of har*****ment could mean punitive damages for Spence if she wins the case.
“This conduct went on for some time, the employer was aware of it and did nothing,” Webber said. “So in situations like that punitive damages could be significant.”
The lawyer also claims her client, who is still employed at WBLS, is currently suffering retaliation on the job. Her desk has allegedly been moved away from the rest of the staff and her talent booking duties have been stripped from her.
“In any lawsuit what you first want to do is address the conduct and get the retaliation to stop” Webber said.
Webber said she expects other people in the office to step up and stand behind Spence in her claims and she wouldn’t be surprised if some even filed their own suits.
The attorney wouldn’t say exactly how much the suit would seek, but Webber did say a case like this could glean millions.
“The main point of this is to take a stand against the treatment of women in the workplace,” she said.

I have always had mixed feeling about Charlamane. A recovering addict doesn’t usually bragg about the good ole days of using drugs. They will talk about it, but she seems to still long for it. Something is up with her and Charlamane relationship, Who spends that much time with a co-worker(subordinate) outside of work. They go out to dinner on a regular basis, he is always at her house on the weekends and holidays. They are plenty of things he could be doing in NY other than being with her.

Wendy has caused a lot of controversy and pain by spewing lies and inuendos. There were times when she knew the truth but she would put a spin on it just to get a story or to get some ***** going. At the end of the day, the show is about business and if this case gets before a jury Inner City Broadcasting and Mr. Percy will yank the show off the air before it goes to trial. I see a settlement here.
As soon as Wendy and Hef walk in the courtroom the Manhattan jury will decide to hang them and the radio station (black-owned) out to dry. Settle the case now Wendy and fast. Move on. Get rid of your husband. He’s dragging you down.

They both had an addiction. They both had a child. They both married and stood by men that–looking out for their careers and best interests were questionable at best. That’s where the similarities end.
In Whitney’s heyday, I can’t recall her ever acting like Wendy. When Wendy had Whitney on the air (via phone–which was best for her) she thought she was going to tear her down, belittle her, etc. but Whitney checked her ***** with the quickness! I can only imagine how it would’ve went if Whitney was at the station!

I think that we will just have to wait this one out. Wendy has a very entertaining show and if you get it it is filled with a lot of valid information – medical minute, stressing education, stressing taking care of our children, elevating yourself and things that we have lost in our community. No matter how she is getting the message across, no matter how she looks (unique style) she is making a point to uplift us, and we need to see through all the bull and let a sister and brother do their thing. We are a jealous race of people, always have been and hopefully we won’t be forever. Probably the haters will not even vote for the O man.
Wendy has said don’t use the bathroom where you eat. If she left all of her(sexual and drug) antics at the home instead of bringing them to work and she wouldn’t be in this situation. Unfortuantly a person with money and a drug habit is not that reasonable.
