The charges stem from a 2007 incident in which Remy shot a friend of hers after a fight over $3,000 in cash stolen from Remy’s purse. The defense tried to make the shooting an accident — but it looks like they didn’t quite convince the jury.

Remy was not found guilty of gang assault and witness tampering, among the nine total charges she faced. We’re told the victim’s friends and family taunted Remy when the verdicts were read — full pandemonium in the courtroom.

Remy could face up from five to 25 years in prison at sentencing.

This situation is impossible for the following reasons:

1. Once you have gender re-assignment surgery, NO ETHICAL DOCTOR in this country would leave any functioning female or male reproductive organs “in tact”.

You cant have it both ways..

2. With the amount of Testosterone and other cocktails of hormone replacement therapy this “man” is taking, it would eliminate “his/her” period all together (pre-op) and eventually lead to the body not releasing eggs for fertilization.

There’s a reason Men do not ovulate…it’s called Testosterone!!

Even if she banked her ovaries pre-op she could not carry her fertilized eggs in “his/her” own post-op body. No uterus means no bun in the oven :]
