Whitney Houston is officially on the comeback trail and Oprah will help christen her arrival. Oprah said something quite powerful about the highly anticipated interview:
Whitney Houston will give her first interview in seven years when she sits down with Oprah Winfrey next month. The 46-year-old singer, who has made headlines in recent years for her alleged drug use and divorce from singer Bobby Brown, is poised to make a big comeback with her new album due on Aug. 31. Winfrey said Houston will also sing some new songs from “I Look to You,” according to the Daily News. The show will air on “Oprah” on Sept. 14.
“It’s the most anticipated music interview of the decade,” Winfrey said.
Welcome back Whitney. The part that scares us is that Whitney will once again be a Hollyweirdian after her album takes off, we just pray for no relapse.
