I agree w/ you and I really respect your argument. TI should e be rotting in jail. period. He was complicit and is really lucky he had some stacks.

If anyone saw T.I.’s episode of Punk’d you know he doesn’t take stuff like this lightly. I think there’s more to it than what’s being revealed.

T.I. raps about women, cars and money like anyone else, but he’s one of the ONLY mainstream rappers that will outright tell you on his cds that the drug game will leave you dead, steet life will put you in jail (as he’s a prime example), and that there’s more to life. You don’t get any of that from a 50 Cent, Fat Joe, Ludacris, Game album, or anyone else mainstream. Busta ad Snoop are in trouble with the law all the time (both this year already)…when are they going to jail? They won’t, because they aren’t positive at all in a public way, so they will be free to relese meaningless material. Any raper with a shred of positivity will be brought down. Look at Pac. He had his typical songs too, but was full of positive raps, and he was taken out.

They are so quick to put T.I. in jail for gun possesion when Busta just physically attacked a man (not the first time) and R. Kelly still hasn’t even had a trial and he did a NASTY thing. And honestly, who the hell doesn’t have guns. Name a rapper with guns, anyway, besides Will Smith, and he probably has one too.

SOB should get 10 years federal time, not a break. The world will be a safer place if we would stop giving record deals to every hood thug who can mumble. I wish this hip hop crap was never born.
