The name for it is actually statistics. In this case, data are comprised from random samples of the US population. Using statistics you can make educated guesses as to the likelihood of something. That’s what you might call a probability…Employing probability correctly you arrive at a reasonable conclusion…which is of course the name of the game.

Man, a clean-imaged girl like Keke Palmer, and the only way the commenting “men” can think about her is in terms of sexual potential. That’s so lousy.
She’s attractive, and maybe she looks a little old for her age but “tearing those backs down”? is completely out-of-line and not cute. Black men can Do better. I wonder if old white guys would vulgarize Dakota Fanning like that. I highly doubt it.
