Randy is full of it…The only reason he’s saying this is because somebody finally wants to show the Jackson brothers tired old reality show. It’s been on the shelf for years and no network wanted it because Michael wasn’t in it. Now that he’s dead he’s been “forced” to be in it via this burial. Some network prolly told the brothers “no funeral no reality show.” Now he’s just trying to make sure the footage is fresh for said reality show.

Some years ago when there were numerous reports that the Jackson brothers were broke, I wondered why Michael and/or Janet didn’t help them more.

Now I think I know why. They are Vultures

So let me get this straight. The Jackson family wanted a private and sanctified event, so they…

1) Let the date and time be publicly known
2) Held it outdoors
3) Invited the media
4) Provided a live video feed of the event to the media until they mysteriously decided to cut it with no warning
5) Lit the funeral with the same balloon lights that you use to shoot movies at night
6) Filmed the entire event for use in a reality TV special

If they want to be disgusted about something, why don’t they start with how they were an hour and a half late for a funeral they’ve been planning for over two got-damned months. Bunch of vultures is what they are…

@Black Rob – you took the words right out of my mouth. It goes without saying that the footage was to remain exlusive since A&E provided the ‘after-burial’ party. Also, strange that the 7:30 daytime funeral appeared more dramatic with the hour-and a half late, now dark but lighting mysteriously appeared setting.

These Jacksons are the worst example of a family I’ve seen in a while and I actually am concerned about his children. It goes without saying that Randy, Jackie and Jermaine – plus wives and children all still live at Havenhurst which is now owned by MJ’s Estate (his children). We already know Jermaine has no shame, since he married and fathered two children with Randy’s ex. Scary thoughts are running through my head!

Jacksons keep so many things secret but not this? MJ never stopped these brothers from going out on tour (atleast Tito trys to do his thing). But it’s easier for Randy, Jackie, some of family’s grown grandkids to all live up on Katherine’s social security checks prior to her getting the court to release some of MJ’s money. That house on havenhurst was in Micheal’s name when he had to take over the payments at a early age. Again having to support their non-working butts. Even Marlon said in an interview that now the kids have their own rooms. I can see how they can try to go through Katherines money with schemes and end up broke any way. They all had talent to some degree stop being lazy and get back to the music.

I have a friend who was married to one of the Jackson’s ex-wife sister so a lot of my information is from a credible source. All of the brothers are struggling – Marlon was working at Von’s and Randy is a mechanic. Tito is still performing somewhat after being released as the manager of his sons group 3T. Randy, Jermaine and Jackie are still at home leaching.

My point was this – there was no love lost between Michael and his brothers who all dispised him for various reasons but most notably because he would not help resurrect their musical careers. They were also angry that his MJJ music company had most of the brothers music and he would not release any of it. The same thing happened to Tito’s son’s 3T. The article was actually pretty accurate as it pertained to the struggles of the family.

Yes, Katherine loved Michael but she also manipulated Michael at the behest of her other financially strapped children. Randy, Jermaine and Katherine were around during the trial but their services were not free. Did you know that Katherine charged Michael 250,000 dollars to do that tape regarding the molestation charges and that Randy was handling the Ranch and Jermaine was taping a potential ‘reality’ show of the trial.

All of the brothers thought he did it – as well as LaToya who spoke out so it is not a surprise that there hasn’t been a lot of ‘tears’ shed on his behalf as they pretty much felt he got what he deserved for treating them as he did. There is a lot about this family that would SHOCK the average observer.

@Disturbia-I believe it! Although there is a lot of talk of Michael frustrating his brothers’ careers and not releasing their music, I have to wonder about the quality or caliber of their output. Michael was powerful and influential, but I’m not convinced that he is entirely responsible for holding them back. Jermaine definitely had his shot and he really never developed into a solo artist. What happened to Randy and The Gypsies…not much! Jackie hasn’t been able to do much with his own music or his son’s. Is this all Michael’s fault?

Michael’s ego was legendary and extreme. I’m sure that they resented him for it. I’m also sure that HE resented them, and Joseph for making him the breadwinner at such an early age. He carried them for so long, first as lead for J5 and then The Jacksons. I wonder how much this had to do with the animosity between Michael and members of his family.

No disrespect was intended toward the Jackson family. Is Randy being somewhat grandiose after decades of being out of the media spotlight? Isn’t it very self-centered of him to not bear in mind that Michael Jackson was a worldwide known and much loved public persona. We all know that media can sometimes be intrusive; but coverage of was befitting given the magnitude of Michael Jackson. We, the public, rely on media to get and give us accurate access to information. This is the Age of Information. Did the Jackson Family overlook the fact that many of us, fans, also wanted to reach closure by seeing our beloved MJ finally laid to rest? Are we not due that much consideration? After all, isn’t it MJ’s fans interest that is still buying his music and paying his estate’s way out of debt? Our money is helping to keep the Jackson’s family compound out of foreclosure? We are the ones blogging our butts off and posting comments to media sources; in our efforts to make sure no stone is left unturned in MJ’s Murder investigation. Sadly, from the bits and pieces of the burial coverage that we did get to see; the Jacksons’ tardiness at the burial reflects embarr*****ingly on their family’s urgent need for outside organizers and supporters. As fans, we appreciate any media source willing to go the extra mile to provide footage, photos and accurate reporting of what has taken place. As in case of Michael Jackson, whereas we once settled for all the dark rumors and misinformation which surrounded the latter part of his life; we now want to see and know the truth which affords us the opportunity to make our own intelligent *****essment.
