“First of all, prostitutes, a lot of the times, have a much cleaner pu*sy than regular girls.” Continue…

    Umph…..I guess!

  • Cincy’s Own.

    Why doesn’t this cat just hide in a tree for awhile? I mean, he got jumped by Wu-Tang, then his girl broke up w/ him ‘cuz of his mouth. Seriously, just be quiet…you’re already too deep in.

  • Rock Witchu

    @I Am Legend

    TOTALLY CO-SIGN.

  • dayg715

    who is joe budden?

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    “All women are prostitutes in some way shape or form”

    I guess that includes grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunts, nieces, cousins, and the like.

    But, then again, “men” who make comments like this don’t respect any women.

    Oh, and Joe Budden clearly has a mental defect.

  • TM30

    “But, then again, “men” who make comments like this don’t respect any women.”

    Basically, that’s the jest of it.

    @Daywalker

    “CHIVALRY IS DEAD, AND “INDEPENDENT WOMEN” KILLED IT….:wink:”

    Chivalry is not dead — there are still gentlemen out there.

    But you mention a Catch-22 — if a woman expects a man to pay for a date, then she’s a prostitute. If she’s an “independent woman” who covers her tab, then she’s killing chivalry. Da*ned if she does, da*ned if she doesn’t.

    Quite an obfuscating matter, if I do say so myself.

    ACTUALLY, MEN WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HOLD DOORS, PAY FOR MEALS, BRING FLOWERS TO DATES AND “COURT” WOMEN AT ONE TIME…WOMEN DECIDED THAT THEY NO LONGER WANTED MEN TO DO THESE THINGS, I AM A GENTLEMAN TO LADIES, FIRST AND FOREMOST, BUT TO BE HONEST, I OFTEN “FEEL” WOMEN OUT TO SEE JUST HOW TO BE WITH THEM, BECAUSE THEY ALL WANT A GUY TO BE NICE, BUT NOT “TOO NICE”….

  • dis yo girl

    Hey can’t blame him for saying that cuz its hoes all around the world that don’t give a damn about what men think of them. One apple ruins the whole bunch you betta believe it. Me of course I am a lady and well theres someone for everyone so i’ll find my gentleman somewhere in this crowd of bastards.

    “ACTUALLY, MEN WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HOLD DOORS, PAY FOR MEALS, BRING FLOWERS TO DATES AND “COURT” WOMEN AT ONE TIME…”

    Actually, they still are — unless I’ve been living in an alternate universe all these years.

    I think it’s also an issue of the kind of women men choose to pursue. There’s a difference between “girls” and “women.” A mature woman respects and appreciates the chivalry of a gentleman.

    I WOULD AGREE, BUT SOME OF THE YOUNGER ONES ACT AS IF YOU KILLED A CAT IF YOU TRY AND OPEN A DOOR FOR THEM!! I MEAN JUST BECAUSE YOU ACT IN A CHIVALROUS MANNER, IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE TRYING TO GET IN A GIRL’S PANTS ALL THE TIME…..

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    @Daywalker

    I love British humor — I think it’s much riskier and biting than American comedy.

    I think it does highlight a mode of thinking that some men have — that nice guys finish last.

    Hence my earlier point — these are examples of “girls.” I always thank a man who holds a door open for me, gives up his seat on the Metro, helps me with a heavy bag, etc. It’s a courtesy — it’s called manners. A smile and a thank you cost nothing.

    “Can you say you have EVER slept with a man who has NEVER spent a dime on you??”

    I’ll respond in this fashion — as I said earlier, I have made it a practice to always carry my own cash/card with me, and I offer to cover my portion of the date. Now, I’ve had occasions — most times, I would say — when men have looked at me like I’ve had two heads when I’ve done that, and have reminded me that they have everything covered.

    So he’s a member of Slaughterhouse? I was actually considering looking into their music more. I don’t think I will anymore. I can’t support foolishness.

  • Cincy’s Own.

    @Sydney™

    Yeah, he is. He also has his own channel on YouTube where he tapes his excursions and rants. As a group, they’re okay, but I’m a Royce fan beyond Budden (his solo projects are nice, esp. the Mood Musik series). He just seems to always put his foot in his mouth when it comes to expressing his “real” opinions. He’s got this elitist vibe, and I think that’s the root of all these recent problems. But yeah, heard the album, and I wasn’t too impressed. It’s like 60 minutes of battle rap and them believing they’re better than everyone in the industry.

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    @Cincy’s Own

    “He’s got this elitist vibe, and I think that’s the root of all these recent problems.”

    How can he be “elitist” and claim the virtues of prostitutes? I wouldn’t put “elitist” and “prostitute” in the same sentence. However, I would attach “filthy” and “unstable” to him. If he’s dating a woman, she should have herself tested for STDs.

    I guess that’s the duality of all D-List celebrities. LOL! They’re complicated creatures. “Filthy” and “unstable” work too.

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    @Cincy’s Own

    LOL, I wouldn’t call him “complicated” — just crazy. I also pity any woman who has had intercourse with him since it’s clear from his remarks that he has entertained himself with women-for-hire. And he thinks they’re “clean.”

  • http://number1lover2be@aol.com BGets1tin

    sad, just goes to show these men aren’t really men. They weren’t taught right growing up

  • Cincy’s Own.

    @Sydney™

    Pretty much. Shame..

  • bman

    white ppl! lol hahahahahah!!

  • http://BOSSIP WWWFELLA71

    Well actually he’s right about the prostitute thing. It’s just a crass way to put it. But whatever a man does that makes a woman agree to sleep with him is his payment and it doesn’t have to be money. From the boyfriend who buys a nice gift and then she gives him some that night to the husband that gets his reward for cleaning the house it’s all the same.

  • monique

    Just because his mother was a prostitute, doesn’t make all women prostitute. The same goes for all the idiot men that feel the same way about their mothers and all women. My mother and I and my aunts pull in MONEY, and put in half. Far from prostitution. The only time Ive ever been supported by a man, was my father. So eff you idiots, that deal with the wrong women and then you get tricked. Your problem.

  • Jamillah

    “All women are prostitutes in some way shape or form”

    If that’s true, then all men are either pimps or johns.

  • loveisfree

    To all the men who says every woman is a prostitute! tell that to the girl who dated a man who was unemployed and having financial issues for years and she held him down! wow. you guys are delusional

    or should i say SOME men..not all

  • DAYWALKER(YA’LL SPIT SALIVA, AND I SPIT LAVA!!!)
  • tlinds

    I’m surprised at just how lost some of these guys on this post are about how to date women (esp. black women). I’ve often said that most men (esp black men) only see the black women’s body as a commodity, therefore, the only reason he would go on a date and spend time and $ on her is to use her body–thereby not giving two flips about her mind, her thoughts, hopes, and dreams. How about you guys get together and and start a new movement, eh? How about we actually start to view and treat women as actual human beings who are layered and complex rather than just a pair of
    &%!s and %!! with a pulse. Just an idea. No?

  • tlinds

    Maybe you guys wouldn’t view all women as prostitutes if you could just imagine that some men see it as a privilege to spend time and money with a young lady they would actually like to know better-her hopes, dreams, aspirations, ideas. Perhaps some men understand that to have a great time in the bedroom for both parties involved, there has to be mental connection. I believe those men who know this to be true are the best lovers. They are more giving, caring, understanding and understand how importnt it is to make a mental connection first. Those guys who don’t get that, will always have second best–in bed and out.

The one with the ni**er male offspring, she being frozen subconscious fear for his life, will raise him to be mentally dependent and weak, but physically strong, in other words, body over mind.”

    Ill, this is so chilling. This was written hundreds of years ago, yet it pointedly describes our current state.

    He’s from Jersey? lol There are “special” individuals in every state.

    Honestly, he, Budden, sounds pretty bitter — like he’s been jilted or something and has turned his anger towards all women. It’s not a good look.

    LOL, your daughter has the right attitude. “Juno,” huh? That’s another film on my list. That young actress was in another indie flick, “Hard Candy,” I saw a while ago, but I believe it’s inappropriate for younger viewers. The subject matter was pretty controversial.

    BTW, have you ever read about speculation that the Willie Lynch papers may be inaccurate? William Jelani Cobb of Spelman wrote about that possibility a while ago. I’m not sure what to believe.

  • C.R.E.A.M.

    @sydney
    that’s kinda hard to answer. I am not a dogmatic person, so I don’t live hard and fast by any set of rules or “code.” I pretty much just look at every potential “chase” as an individual, and I try to rely on past experiences to not make some of the same mistakes as before.

    I think that since women are supposed to be the “fairer” sex, too many of them get too much benefit of the doubt. Not all women are ladies, nor should they be treated as such. One rule that I will allow myself to stick to is–I will NEVER show a woman more respect than she shows herself. Not to say that I’ll walk all over somebody, I’d just leave. But you surely won’t catch me brown-nosing some raggedy-ass ho.

    Whatever my take on courtship is, it seems to be working. My girl is beautiful, successful (in law school), and we work because we respect each other and try to see where each other is coming from before jumping to conclusions.

    I often catch a lot of heat for this, but I’m pretty convinced that she’s much easier to deal with because she didn’t have the traditional “African-American” upbringing (her parents are Ethiopian and Liberian). Makes a world of difference…she knows how to hold her own while respecting her man at all times. She gets my love, protection, and respect in return.

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    @Ill

    “Hard Candy” was a little hard for me to digest as an adult. There aren’t any actual depictions of crimes against children, but the suggestion of them is unsettling. I don’t know if I would allow a child to view it, but that’s just me.

    It saddens me that children are exposed to so much so early. You’re only a kid once, and that innocence should be preserved for as long as possible. I think the window of innocence has narrowed substantially.

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    Two questions:

    1) What is the “traditional” African-American upbringing?

    2) So, you think that women who receive the traditional “African American” upbringing are missing some tools in how to interact with men? Is the same true for men who receive this “traditional” upbringing?

  • Illuminate Truth “The Strong Rule the Weak, and the Wise Rule the Strong.”

    The Stono Rebellion?…Is there any connection to Gullah Island off of SC? I’m going to google the rebellion…I don’t think I am at all familiar with it.

    I also need to read up more on Gullah Island. I know West Africans lived there as free people, were very productive farmers and were able to keep their language, arts and traditions largely intact thanks to the isolation of the island. A lot of the original African culture is still prevalent today.

    Lord help me, if that statement alone is not represenative of how under-valued black women are in our “community”, I dont know What is.

    What the hell are we “Old Yeller”? That’s beyond insulting, it just reiterates the theory that black women are unwanted, undesirable, and have no other options but black men.

  • C.R.E.A.M.

    Misty, I assure you that I mean no broad theoretical truisms when I said that. I was speaking frankly about my situation. I live in DC. It’s a virtual buffet of black women. And even if I’m an immature fool for my preferences now, if I come to my senses years from now, I always have the prerogative to make a change. It’s not like I gotta worry about being “too old” or whatever. And black women who give love and respect receive the same from me; I would rather not date them. I don’t know why this is a big deal.

    @ C.R.E.A.M.

    I cannot disagree with the fact that there are MANY issues with the black family…one of the biggest issues being men entirely too absent from the family unit.

    Where I think we differ in opinion is I refuse to classify ALL Black women into ANY category. I can’t see myself purposely alienating the one type of woman that can relate to exactly who I am and vice-versa – an African American woman. I just don’t know if a foreigner would or could share the same perceptions as me.

    But to each his own….I ain’t knocking the choice of who you want to be with romantically. That is personal, unique to you and surely your prerogative. I would just ask that you not put down all Black American woman (and men) in the process. There is nothing to be gained by doing so.

    You just crystallized the idea I was trying to formulate in my mind. I’ve heard other brothers who consider themselves “successful” use this exact argument — they feel they are the “exceptions” to the rule. Their kind is in demand.

    It just seems to me many of us (brothas and sistas) tend to think advancement means to disassociate themselves from anything “black” (meaning Afrian American). They take the same stereo-types connected to us by outside means, voice them as law and use them as an excuse to walk away from their own. Really, they are walking away from themselves…losing themselves in the process.

  • MsNSU

    @Illuminate the Truth

    I was in class Saturday. I’m getting my masters in anthropology. My professor was reading from a text about Native American and African Diaspora, and your comments at the start of 4:46 and the start of 2:41 sound exactly like what he was reading from a book.I’m sure what you said was also noted in another book.what is the name of the book you have? These are the books he recommended to us outside of class 1) They Came Before Columbus,2)Global Dimensions of the African Diaspora 3) Black British Culture and Society
    Is it one of these?if not what is the name of it?

  • Sydney™ (. . .the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die)

    @C.R.E.A.M.

    “Food for thought, but I don’t know if I’m “exploiting” as much as I’m just calling it as I see it.”

    Your previous statement about black women “being there” was exploitative. It’s evident that you consider yourself a “catch,” and that’s based on the negative comparisons you’ve made between yourself and other black men — the ones who aren’t “about sh*t.”

    “I meant people who don’t take advantage of their relative youth to build something legitimate and sustainable for their futures.”

    Thank you for the clarification. The point I made still stands — if you’re a man of poor character, you’re in the same category as the men you just described.

  • C.R.E.A.M.

    @Ill–what you said may be correct. But in my life experience, I’ve very rarely experienced the concept of “us.” My reality has been every man/woman/child for themselves. So I don’t see it as walking away from myself, rather walking into myself since that’s who I can trust #1 above anybody else (other than God). I know who “my people” are supposed to be, but let’s keep it 100, “my people” aren’t always gonna be checkin for me just cuz we both black. I’m not tryin to live some white man’s fantasy, I’m just tryin to make the most of my abilities and not let myself down

    Exactly — they’re walking away from themselves. And a number of them want to cast blame on the closest target — the ones who look like them.

    I wish they would take responsibility for their own psychosis — it’s theirs and theirs alone.

    By “choose,” you mean you have to deliberately think about treating others with respect and decency? The thoughts you express on here are the true you?

    That goes both ways — you also told me that your opinion shouldn’t matter unless I wanted to “f**k” you. I scrolled up to try to find your point of reference. I quoted directly from the W. Lynch papers at around 2 and at 4:46 I posted my findings on some personal papers I have….history taken directly from some saved documents….nothing from a book.

    If plagiarism is what you are accusing me of, you are dead wrong. I have quoted many authors, government officials, celebrities….even philosophers and EVERY time I have attributed the quote to the author. Take anything I have said out of quotation marks on this site, google it word for word and find me the duplicate writings….it’s easy to find the “copy and paste” culprits on this site….I’m not one of them.

Oh, he is also fluent in Chinese…making eating out at Chinese restaurants a fun experience.

    You may not agree with my behaviour, but I will call anyone out on claiming someone else’s words as their own.

    @Illuminate

    The system being used that brainwashed our mindset, was constructed by Willie Lynch, who was actually working for the government.The system wanted us to be well-adjusted to injustice, instead of being maladjusted to the government, and the constitution. What I posted was the next paragraph, and you know it.

    I have obtained my credentials.

    Now you want to leave after I posted a text from the same book that you posted your copied words? What’s the rush now?

    You should read it about, and when you post in the future, try not to include the author’s words.

    Your little girl is probably bright.But I will not talk about her in my posts. I draw the line with people’s children.
    I’m not acting like you’re not capable of using your own words. I just know what I heard when my professor read the passage aloud. Yes, aloud Marquis. That would involve hearing not reading. Now Marquis, if you could read,you would have known that my professor read from a book in class on Saturday.

    @ VKirch (MsNSU)

    Nah, I have nothing better to do. I’m working on a power point presentation and this just gives me a balance of activities to engage in. I have nothing to prove, you are the one that carries that burden.

    In that regard, I repeat this:

    THE BOOK YOU MENTIONED IS AVAILABLE FREE ON-LINE. THIS MEANS THAT IF YOU INPUT MY WORDS INTO THE SEARCH ENGINE OF YOUR CHOICE, THE BOOK AND THE ALLEGED QUOTE BY THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR SHOULD SURFACE!!! WHY HAVEN’T YOU USED THIS PROVEN METHOD OF EXPOSING PLAGIARISM. YOUR EXCUSE BEFORE WAS THAT NOT EVERY PIECE OF LITERATURE IS AVAILABLE ONLINE….TRUE, BUT THE BOOK YOU LISTED IS, SO THE TOOLS ARE THERE THAT WOULD SUPPORT YOUR CLAIMS. WHY DON’T YOU USE THEM?

  • Illuminate Truth “The Strong Rule the Weak, and the Wise Rule the Strong.”

    @ VKirch

    ….and stop using your degrees as validation of your intellect…..they only prove that you were enrolled in a school and completed the prescribed curriculum. This doesn’t differentiate education from indoctrination so you could be as mentally dysfunctional as the next person.

  • VKirch

    @ Illuminate

    Make sure you have a works cited page in your presentation. When formally presenting a topic, it is always a good idea to credit the author. Just a little food for thought.

    The second book I mentioned is not available online. I did post the exact next paragraph that followed your copied one, which is the first paragraph at 2:41 post. That is the one where your post directly came from a book.

    Wow! You are really mad now.Could it be that Illuminate Truth has really been quoting An Author’s Truth throughout his posts? I bet some of your other posts have been copied straight from a book too, which you can’t always verify from Google.

    I like that name for you. An Author’s Truth.

  • VKirch

    @ Illuminate

    Stop stealing someone else’s ideas and passages as your own intellectual property. It only proves that it’s socially praticed by yourself, and you are incapable of thinking with your own mind. Ya know, the lump a few feet above your ass.

  • Illuminate Truth “The Strong Rule the Weak, and the Wise Rule the Strong.”

    LOL @ VKirch

    Uhm, if you posted the paragraph that supposedly followed the paragraph I copied….why not reference the exact paragraph…why the NEXT one?

    Whatever….yeah, that’s what I do – quote authors I’ve never heard of, from books I’ve never read, being sure to cross-reference all my plagiarisms on search engines to insure my covertness. LOL…yeah, you got me pegged. (Damn, you CAN’T be serious)

    Newsflash: You cannot prove plagiarism based on the simple fact the words were my own. This could go on forever, but if my words were not my own, you would have already exposed them as such. Its easy to do but for obvious reasons to me, you are having a hard time completing a simple task.

    My power point is done…and so is my need for a diversion. Thanks and good luck.

    …and BTW, nah, I’m not mad. The caps were there to make sure you knew how to properly investigate your claims….just trying to help a sista out.

    I actually think the “Author’s Truth” is the wittiest thing you have come up with thus far…inaccurate, but witty none the less. Too bad you have presented yourself as a bit of an adversary….you have shown signs of potential.

  • VKirch

    @Illuminate

    The start of your 4:46 post was copied. I said that earlier.

    If you didn’t plagiarize, why are you typing in all caps ang getting so mad? When people go on and on denying something that they say is false, it starts to make you wonder if they are just really trying to protect their image. Just walk away. I’m sure everyone on the blog will still believe that you smart. I know I do. You are a smart person that plagiarizes.

  • eva

    On a more serious note, I think this Vkrich character is truly lost, hateful and a person who jumped to wrong conclusions and cannot accept that he or she made a mistake. If you want to throw out an accusation, you need to have a factual basis for it and from all the banter you have presented absolutely nothing that will lead any logical person to believe that there is any plagiarism. While I do not know whether or not Ill plagiarized, what I do know is your accusations have not be substantiated with anything.

  • eva

    I truly question whether or not you got any such degree but if you did , wow, it just goes to show you that there is such a thing as an educated fool.

  • Kyle

    Eva

    I did not believe the Vkirch poster either until I checked back and Ill was still explaining that the accusation was wrong. Why the hell go through all the trouble if it’s bull shit.Don’t make too much sense to someone like me.I don’t know if Ill plagiarized either. Guess its one person word against the other. They both shoulda stopped a long damn time ago.

  • ohnoudient

    I would just like to know where Joe and Terence Howard hang out? If prostitutes have cleaner punnanies and Terence wants women that use baby wipes, what type of “regular” women do they know?

  • ohnoudient

    …and how clean is their tool? I like brothers that use lysol on their ish…wtf?

  • Nicole T.

    Of course their p*&#$ is cleaner between jumping in and out of cars all night and get paid extra for not using condoms. 100% Grade A chicks. WTF is wrong with this guy ?

  • Unbought_and_Unafraid

    Welllllllllll, I’ve never been a “coochie inspector”, so I can’t speak to the “cleaner coochie” issue —- but if there is such a job opening at the local county health department, I’d damn sure like to apply for it. With ONE caveat. I want to work in the “post-puberty-no-baby-mama” division …. but with my luck, they’d probably assign me to the “post-menopausal-barely-moist-granny-coochie” department.

  • MsTastesMinty

    “First of all, prostitutes, a lot of the times, have a much cleaner pu*sy than regular girls.”

    Hey fool endorsing prostitiutes…does that even make sense dummy? Maybe not to your drugged out, fuggly azz it does…stupid moron!
