Uh excuse you da darkness: I’m light skinned, 40 and fine and get mistaken for son’s sister all the time. Just because one is light don’t mean they will look 70 when they’re 40. Jasmine’s got something else going on with her. No one, No one ages like that! She is either got some health issues or alcohol issues. So sweetie, do some reading and learn something before you go shouting out its’ because she’s light!!!

Maybe it’s ‘cuz she a lot older than she been tellin’ everyone for years. That girl ain’t a day under 55. If u gonna lie about your age, u gotta work out with that like Madonna. And u must never touch alcohol after 40, never smoke after 30 (if you must at all) and work out every day and avoid red meat and dairy. Then u can lie about your age and more power to ya!

Black light skinned people age well too.. The reality is that Jasime’s mom is white and she may have gotten her mom’s genes.

Cuz Halle’s mom is white and Halle’s skin is fierce. Halle looks loke 20 and she’ 40!

I think Jasmine Guy is an unfortunate black woman.

She should take care of herself more. He looks like her son..

@Lee. Lupus affects everybody in different ways. Do you or did you ever have the Butterfly patches on your face? Do you or did you ever feel so tired that even on your best day, you couldn’t even walk? You are not Jasmine, I know people that personally know here, and trust me, she is not as well as she might want to be. She didn’t develop this in her later years, she found out about this when she was 17 or 18 years old. Treat this just like Juvenile Diabetes, most blue babies that were born with it, didn’t make it to at least 35 years old and that was with the best of treatment. So before you slash her, find out your facts. Also, if you are a Man, the symptoms of Lupus are not so dramatic. So before this turns into a crazy back and forth, talk to your Doctor, tell him what I explained, and you take care.

I think that her being a heavy drinker is what has caused her to age so bad. Over doing it on the sauce will age someone faster.

Where does this lupus rumor come from? I have not seen it confirmed by any official statement from her. It does not have a lupus-look. If we’re all just “guessing”, I’ll guess scleroderma because lupus does not put age on you like that. Plus she always seems to have her hands balled up into a little claw. I am only slightly younger than her, with lupus and do not even have a wrinkle yet.

She does look like the type of person that smokes though but if she does have lupus i hope she is doing well.
