Here we go again. Kim K., I love you simply because of the strife you create in the black community. You get more black women and men going tit-for-tat over absolute foolishness than Al Sharpton could. You keep us hidden under a guise of self-hatred and denial. Black men adore you because you look nothing like black women, making it easy for them to pin you against the slew of black women in the world. Nothing against IR unions, but I find most of the men big-upping you are desperately-seeking-white-girl types who call me up at night asking why Susie clutches her purse who he p*****es her way. These are same dudes who lament on how black women ravage their bodies with multiple pregnancies but don’t even take care of their own kids. These are the same black men who look at me like I’m nuts when I tell them I’m:

in college, hard-working

studying and doing well,

i work out

I run a beauty/celeb blog where I discuss how I grow my own hair

Don’t have a criminal record

come from a two-parent household

have my own car

make my own money

never been pregnant

never had an abortion

have no kids

is a dancer (bellydance, samba, ballet… whatever)

I’m soft spoken, well-mannered and even-tempered

cultured and well-traveled.

So, are all my black girlfriends.

These are also the same guys who run from women such as myself because they know at the end of the day, a woman like me is too hard to believe (simply because they constantly deal with hood rats or grew up in predominately white neighborhood where their only interactions with blacks were on BET) and deep down are intimidated it.

Oh, Kim! Once again, you bring the okie doke. I will laugh my ***** off if tomorrow you decided to date a white male and all these dudes will cuss your name to high heavens.

Men on the internet, use your brains: Trifling women come in all colors. You don’t have to put down your own race to be in an interracial relationship.
