More G-Unit Woes

Tony Yayo and G-Unit are being sued:
“The mom of a teen boy who says he was smacked around by Tony Yayo, a member of 50 Cent’s G-Unit posse, is suing the rap stars for a big bucks payout.
James Rosemond – whose dad Jimmy [Henchman] Rosemond runs Czar Entertainment and manages The Game, a G-Unit rival – blames the rappers for an attack last year set off because he was wearing a Czar Entertainment shirt.
‘It’s hard to believe that a 14-year-old boy walking on E. 25th St. at 6 in the evening was attacked by four adult males just because of the shirt he was wearing,’ said Richard Reich, the teen’s lawyer.
Yayo, aka Marvin Bernard, dodged assault charges in the March 2007 encounter but was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service for harassment. Another man, Lawal Fletcher, was locked up after copping to smacking Rosemond.
The suit by angry mom Cynthia Reed also targets Fletcher, several record companies and 50 Cent, who wasn’t in New York during the street scrap and not charged.
Fitty’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said Reed is just looking for ‘a quick payday.’”
These thug-ass individuals stay in some heavy dramatics. Now it looks like they may have to fork over some serious stackage. SMH.

I can understand her lawsuit, heck i’d do the same if that was my son.

But on what basis is he named in the lawsuit? Those were grown ***** men who acted on their own accord.

She could have been more credible had she stuck to suing the individuals who were there.
I feel her. I’d sue 50 too. When ever you go after an artist you usually have to include the lable because they control the purse strings. If he is liablilty to 50 then he needs to release him, just like he did young buck. When will nuccas stop acting like n*ggas?

I think that the case is going to be thrown out. I mean see her having a case against Yayo & the other dude, but not against 50, & the record companies. Unless 50 & the record company do the Hollywood thing of offering her a settlement just to make her go away and admit no wrong doing. Either way the lawyers win in all this. If she loses 50’s and the record company lawyers still make a killing. If she get’s an out of court deal her lawyers are going to get up to 45% of that, so the big winner is the lawuers.
