I don’t believe this story for a second. That is not how distribution deals work. The production company doesn’t need her or Bobby’s permission to sell the DVD because they have ownership of the show, not Bobby and Whitney. Once they signed to appear I’m sure they worked out the details for syndication and distribution of the show in other forums in the contract. All of that is handled before hand, not after. So, I’m sure Being Bobby Brown will be in stores soon. I

This sounds incorrect. Bravo owns the rights to the shows. Whitney, and Bobby had previously sign off on the release. This is evident or the shows featuring Whitney would not have been allowed to air in the first place. Bravo owns the rights to all the footage shot, perpetually. Therefore, they do not need Whitney’s, consent or Bobby’s for that matter for DVD release, unless there is some clause in the contract, that stipulates differently. But I doubt this clause would exist. Television contracts, are basically like music contracts, where the company keeps, and owns all of the master tapes. There must be another reason here, Bobby is not articulating. E.
