Loves me some Badu! I have all of her albums as well but I must say that I had to listen to this last one a couple of times to get the grove. Its pretty good.

I am not feelin her current album. I feel like she let me down and I am a HUGE fan. There are only two good songs on there but I still listen to it thinking that maybe the songs will grow on me. I was waiting for the drop of this new album and was kind of let down. still love you girl

yeah erykah badu’s new album is nice, a lot of yall dont like the song twinkle becausse yall don’t know what its really talkin that and basiclly the whole album this album is talking about the corruption of this world due to our gov’t system,law enforcement system and Etc., and the way that this world has been just look at the album illustrations like the one with the man at the podium, all the headless people in the crowd are basiclly all yall people who are clueless about the TRUTH

on the song twinkle the line “they don’t know thier language they don’t know there God…they take what there given even when it feels ODD” bascilly is saying for one that our history(african/black) has been removed from the text books we don’t learn about our TRUE black history which intern is the reason why many black people don’t even know thier true african language’s, ancestory and culture and we wear perms modeled after european hair and think the natural way is ugly due to our being brainwashed in this society to think otherwise, becuase if they taught us these things than many of us would eventually learn the truh and THEY cannot have that happening. when she says “they don’t know there God” shes basiccly saying that we as a people are lost when it comes to being in touch with God and having morals and being good christians we are engulfed in a world of sin and wickedness(through modern day pop culture, music etc.), but if we all truly knew God and Jesus it would not be this way. and when she says “they take what their given even when it feels odd” she is basiclly saying that majority of the people just think Africa is in such a horrible state because thats just the way it is and the way its been, yall except that kind of thinking not just about Africa but about many things, including 9/11, the levies in New orleans Etc. yall except the things your told on cnn, fox and all the other media outlets and by our gov’t even though they are telling us things that don’t make sense but we don’t bother to look at bigger picture and really dig throught the surface and really find truth. if you learned whats real about this world and life and not the man made ideologies of life and the man made world and life structure, then you would listen to Badu’s album like i do and really know whats shes talking about and be like “OOOOhhhh okay thats what she means” but the said part is a LOT of you never will. you remember the line where she say “witches and warlocks” if only yall really knew what shes saying the world would be a better place REAL TALK!!! and when she say “children of the matrix leaning on them car switches(hydraulics” all yall who are cluless are the “Children of the matrix”

Erykah Badu is NOT the truth, Jesus Christ is. When I was listening and boppin to her new album, I was uncontrollably overwhelmed by and evil spirit!! It was going to take me and control me, until my boyfriend abruptly stopped the CD and broke the CD, which shattered! I will NOT say what song it was but Erykah has picked up an evil spirit from over in Africa….that’s what I felt…and is hand delivering it to the world through this album!!! Erykah should know that all these CD’s should be burned!! Honestly people, I am no religious freak or anything…something SATANIC took over my body last night while I was listening to her new STRANGE music…obviously influenced by something other than herself. I wept so many tears last night, it was a phenomenon in my own living room! Thanks to the blood of Jesus and the fact that I know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior…I was spared. But not everyone will, please help me spread the word!! It’s so deep that I could type for days with things that were revealed to me last night after I prayed and binded that spirtit out of my home. On her album cover there are 6 (number of satan) dead fetus’, nuclear war materials, drugs, money, skulls…and tons more evil things all intertwined in her hair. The rings on her fingers read “amERYKAH” as if this spirit plans on taking over america???!!!! LOOK DEEPER PEOPLE!! THESE SONGS AND MANY OTHERS HAVE LAYERS TO THE MUSIC, MAYBE 6-7 LAYERS OF DIFFERENT REPETITIVE SOUNDS, MOANS, CHANTS, AND VOICES!!!
