It has been my experience that white women are pleasant, culturally sophisticated and even tempered…And since Mr. Wayans is an evolved progressive black man, is it any wonder that he would gravitate towards the type of women who is best suited to fill those needs. Yes there are some black women who have those qualities, but they are far too few and life from a relative standpoint is too short to find something that is the equivalent to the proverbial needle in a haystack. – Bravo Mr. Wayans, Bravo indeed!

Since it’s been your “experience that white women are pleasant, culturally sophisticated and even tempered” I fell it’s my place to advise you that white women are that way because they were afforded the luxury of ;living a less stressful & more accommodating life than the average black girl.

From the very beginning black girls endure negative stereotypes the world especially black men put on them {especially dark skinned females}. So, if the average black female is more aggressive & as you say “difficult” you should think about the reason’s why…I bet you’d be angry too if your life was marred with negativity & hostility!

Most white girls come out the womb being adored & told they are “princesses” by their white daddies! White men make sure their daughters are praised & raised knowing that they are important! White men instill in their daughters the importance of dating & marrying the right kind of men. Also- white daddies make sure the men that date their daughters know it too!. Black fathers are usually not in the household where these girls are being raised so for the black girl there is a lane left wide open for young black boys to use & mistreat them!

The media plays a large part in instilling the white woman’s worth too! TV commercial ads ect constantly show white women in a positive light their either the object of every man’s desire or their in a position of power…commercials are geared towards making the white woman feel thin, young & pretty. The media image of sistas is always worst she’s got to be some boisterous fat afro wearing wise cracking side kick –needless to say all the characteristics a decent man does NOT want in a woman.

Why is anyone surprised by this? Black men have given up on black women a long time ago…. there was a time when being light skinned with long hair was enough, but now all they go for is white women. I work with young Black kids everyday and 99% of them come from homes with no fathers and struggling mothers without a decent education trying to make ends meet working two, low paying jobs. The Black daddy not paying child support and not caring about his kids, I was raised that way and vowed to break the cycle in my family and I did. We, the Black man is responsible for this mess. All these young women getting pregnant at an early age were generally raised without a father and were desperately seeking the love and attention from males, which they never recieved at home, so they went outside to get it and mistook sex for love. Black men have messed up that’s a fact. We need to get back on track the way that smart woman above Mavis explained because it can be done. it starts with personal responsibility and taking care of your own, not worrying about who gets married to who, but who are you gonna marry to help raise your children together to be capable, intelligent, educated and responsible human beings, who can pull their own weight in the world.

That’s some real talk. I agree 100 percent with you. HOWEVER,

women are choosing these men for a reason. It’s human to want to be loved. This starts in childhood; women make choices based upon their fathers’ interactions with them. You can’t be taught to make better choice, if you don’t know that those better choices exist. That’s when men come back into this.

Particularly when it’s older men preying upon younger women.

Women search for love. Men search for sex. Each is taking advantage of the other….. lying to each other in order to get what each wants. The NAACP started in the early 1900′s by communists, rich white liberals and blacks who believed they could do nothing without whites, are still stuck inside that irresponsibility of wanting the government to solve all our problems. Every member in my family over fifty was a member of the NAACP forever, but even they stopped when the NAACP refused to change and admit that our problems lies with us and not the government taking care of us. All those millions of dollars spent on forced bussing just so our kids can sit next to white kids was always ludicrous. That money should have gone into making over our own community schools with the emphasis on Math, Science, English learning. But no, the NAACP thought otherwise, thought we just have to be with white kids to learn. it is our own fault for not stressing the importance of education within our homes, nobody else. I found your thread with Nita interesting. I agree with you for the most part. Women do have a greater responsibility to break the cycle of despair many youngsters find themselves in. But there are some values and skills that need to be exhibited by a man. That is the way God created us. To merge together and make a whole. Without one the other is incomplete. So until both mother and father accept responsibility and play their role as a parent we may never get on track. Women’s lib set us back along way. While I believe women should have equal rights and whatnot as a man, I am also aware that there are certain things that only a man can do. We lack morals and values, or have placed on morals and values into things that are truly worthless. And until we can solve that problem we have a long way to go.
