She didn’t jack their name for her perfume. Her alter ego is Sasha Fierce. This is one for the courts to decide. How can you confuse perfume with cologne? One is for men and one is for ladies. Abercrombie sells theres in their store only, Beyonce will have hers in department stores and swap meets.

If you cannot tell the difference between Fierce and Sasha Fierce, something is wrong with you. I hope the courts rule with her. I am not necessarily a Bey fan but Ambercrombie & Fitch needed to try to get their name in the news. Never even heard of Fierce until now. And really, that was all it was about. A&F are just protecting their investment (which, although just sold in stores is apparently fairly lucrative). They’re doing just as any business would do and if they have a registered trademark then they at least have some sort of legal standing for their litigation. Beyonce should just choose a different name.

Please, as iconic as Beyonce has made the alter-ego “Sasha Fierce”, aint nobody mistaking going to a PERFUME counter and asking for Sasha Fierce for Fierce, a MEN’S COLOGNE which is only sold in AF stores anyway. A&F can sick a duck

If someone was to ask a store clerk at A and F, “What is the name of that fragrance?”…and the response was “Fierce”.
