Another Day, Another Finalized Divorce

Wayne Brady is officially divorced:
The 35-year-old comedian has been living separately from his wife, Mandie, for four years, but the couple’s divorce was just finalized this week. According to papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the pair married in April 1999 and officially separated in April 2006, citing irreconcilable differences. They have one daughter, 5-year-old Maile Brady.
”Mandie is my best friend. We still love each other and we are raising our beautiful daughter Maile together as a team,” Brady said in a statement issued by his publicist.
The couple used a mediator to arrive at a final divorce settlement. Details about their child custody, child support and property-division arrangements were not made public.
They kill us with that so and so is my best friend BS. If ya’ll were such great friends than why didn’t this ish work out? He knows he probably can’t stand her ass.

I don’t think he is corny or gay at all. My husband and I saw him at The Improv in Ontario, CA a little over a year ago. His jokes were hilarious and the audience was a nice mixture of people. I don’t get why people say that he acts like a coon. He doesn’t engage in “Steppin’ Fetchit” schtick and you certainly don’t read tabloids regarding his addiction to crack, crackhoes, crack dens, etc. Since he isn’t draped in baby mama woes and doesn’t have any problems with “the man”, I suppose that doesn’t make him funny enough for our folks.
