Word is that Kanye and Alexis called it quits. Allegedly, Kanye told her that he didn’t think their relationship was working and asked for the ring back. We all know break ups are never easy, but we do know that some of you are more than a little pleased to learn the news: Kanye’s back on the market.
It’s too bad though, we actually liked them as a couple, but things were a little fishy when Yeezy was showing up to events dolo. Too bad.

Sad to hear but I actually expected this after his mom died. The word was that she was getting the plastic surgery to look her best for their wedding. So it’s not totally out of left field that Kanye may have some personal guilt and even some resentment towards Alexis about that. He probably thought of his mom everytime they talked about resetting the wedding date. May not be the most mature reaction but feelings aren’t always reasonable.

Maybe he couldn’t handle the planning of a wedding, a strong relationship and the death of his mother all at once. Perhaps, once things settle down and he spends some time without her, he’ll know for sure if he can live without her or not. And they’ll be able to patch things up and start anew.

My mom is speaking to me again and that was my main stress issue. My sisiter called me yesterday and asked me if she ever got preggo would i help her out??? If that wanch ever gave birth, I would have sole cust in a matter of months!!! and she knows it!!!. But anyway i had a nice little vacation with the kids, We went to Kalahari Resorts in Sanduskey OH it was wonderful, the spa free surf lessons for the kids i had a ball and it was under 1000.00 for a family of four for 3 days and 4 nights

I hope she doesn’t go far, she’ll still love and support him, because he’s going through something. Like Kanye, I too had a strong, loving relationship with my mother who was also an educator; the funeral is hard, but living daily without your loved one is harder(est). You wake up thinking it’s a great day give thanks to God and a song, a smell, a memory, a picture can pop up and your emotions change. You have to stay prayed up and focus on all that is good! Kanye, get that good woman back! She’s down with you and for you!

I beg to differ, yes she was doing a “clothing line” but that was after she met Kanye. And even then, it didn’t pick up. She’s been with him long enough to develop a line. She was a stylist, not a clothing designer when they met. Big difference. My opinion is that Kanye and Alexis are not on the same level. A man like Kanye needs a strong woman to complete the POWER COUPLE status. And she wasn’t bringin it. Look at the PREVIOUS relationship of Kimora and Russell. I think that Kanye is straight, however sometimes the pain of death can put a lot of strain on a relationship. With the sudden death of his mom, who he loved dearly he was going to do one of two things. Either it was going to drive he to finally marry his girl or it was going to brake them up. In his case it will not surprise me if he starts dating older women to fill the void of his mother’s absence.
i dont think it has to do with death. People always give they opinion on who one should be with. You dont know what she does that could have turned him off. You never know how one actually feels about somebody they are with. I had a girl once who everyone though i should have married, she was everything, but she had a condition where her vagina didnt get wet and she had to use lube all the time. I got sick and tired of that and maybe the next man can appreciate her more than i did, but that was that. It was a medical condition but that wasnt my propblem

You know I think I’ve heard every excuse under sun why this relationship COULD have broken up — he’s gay, arrogant, and a-hole or grief stricken–she a golddigger or too real or inferior. But the truth is some relationships just dont work out. If the relationships is working out and you’re both happy…why would you break up with someone just because they are sad over the loss of a loved one? Why wouldn’t you be with them? That’s not holding it down through thick and thin…come on black people…that’s being in a real relationship. Now if she put up with him cheating at any time that stupid…that’s not hanging tough or being a strong black woman…that ish can kill you in this world. I’m disappointed that people would rather question his sexual orientation and say he’s probably going to marry a white girl…both of which are personal decisions for him to make and not for anyone to criticize then just accept that only the two people in the relationship know what its about. They know about the crazy amount of effort it takes to be a music star in today’s market and that every waking hour is focused on staying relevant and making yourself marketable.
