New Makeup Designed To Cater To Women Of Color

“Real Housewives of Potomac’s” Gizelle Bryant has launched a makeup line geared towards beautifying women of color.

“Everyhue Beauty” is designed for all women, and unlike mainstream makeup lines, Bryant told BOSSIP that this one was specifically geared toward multi-ethnic women. The 12 shade collection starts with its darkest shades first, then gradually gets lighter. There are 10 tinted moisturizer shades for brown-skinned women, and two shades for fairer skinned ladies.

“For me, I felt like the brown woman was left out of the marketplace,” Bryant told BOSSIP at the NYC launch June 15. “I just didn’t feel like there was anything made for us. So this was something that we really wanted to concentrate on, and focus on not leaving our brown ladies out.”

The “Everyhue” line includes tinted moisturizer has Vitamin C, Vitamin E and aloe in it – all critical for anti-aging – as well as a foundation brush, and a blending sponge, with prices running from $15 to $36.

“I feel like this should be for every woman,” Bryant said.

“Everyhue Beauty” is available on their website as well as select stores and pop-ups across the country.
