The reason her head looks so large is because she starved her body out of proportion. She is clearly NOT meant to be that skinny. Someone needs to help professional women get a handle on eating disorders/disordered eating.

HEALTHY… not extra flabby or razor-elbow and neck bone skinny … is Always beautiful.
