If that contract thing is correct it would make sense. If too many award shows aired prior to another one, then the public would be tired already and not tune for more of the same thing.

You know I thought it wa a sayum shame that the Soul Train awards lacked so much support last year. It sucked and gues whose fault it was? THE ARTISTS!!! Every single last one of them that had ‘bigger’ things to do…Soul Train Awards, one of the first award shoes to support, uplift, *****ounce and introduce artists who are notorious today. I think that has to be part of the reason it has been cnacled – lack of support. I hope they overturn the decsion and I hope all Black celebrities remain supportive of the awrad show we ooked forward to watching growing up….Our people receiving mucical recognition and the continually evolvement of Black music….
