However, as a black women of the same complexion I know I can not wear light color top without something thick or black under them. Also I think she is just one of these girls (like myself) who will have to spend the rest of her life wearing hair extensions. Sad but true a lot of us women just can not rock the short hair. The hair has really changed her appearance. She has got to get that hair put back in. It’s not drugs or dirt people. It’s a bad bad hair cut.
