Just because you owe that amount in taxes doesnt mean you are broke…it can be as simple as something you forgot to pay. I am willing to bet that half of it is interest…The same thing happened to me….they waited seven years to tell me I owed money so they could tack on hella interest to the charges…IRS is grimey. They dont come after you until you have substantial debt to repay.

Unless your property taxes are escrowed, you get a statement for the bill every year — even if escrowed, you get the statment and send it to the mortgage company to pay it from your escrow.
If these are INCOME taxes due, unless you F—ed up your income taxes, you should know exactly what your taxes due or refund was when you filed taxes — once in a while the state will bill you if you made an error in calculating the taxes — otherwise, if you OWE you just f—ing didn’t pay.
Either way, if you’re so WELL HEELED, you should have the best CPA AVAILABLE doing your damn taxes ….

I can’t believe some of the things she says sometimes….she has to be doing this for the show, but it is just making her look so bad, worst than how she already looks. I too wanted to jump thru the TV and kick this ***** in the face last night after telling someone they cannot sell with her (obviously I missed the original show). Who in the hell told this woman she was cute! How in the hell did she get on this show? and is her husband blind?….just asking…*****!
