Rapper & Singer Continuing With Split After Getting Back Together

She’d filed for divorce late last year, but it seemed like Tiny Harris and her hubby T.I. had patched up their rocky relationship.

The reality show stars had been seen back out in public and for months stalled their divorce proceedings.

But new court paperwork filed in Tiny and T.I.’s divorce case tells a different story.

Instead of a dismissal, T.I. and Tiny both agreed to have the court extend the time they have to hash out their divorce, according to court records obtained by BOSSIP. Their Nov. 8 consent order gives the couple an extension in order to continue their case and possibly agree on support, property, debts and custody.

Although the pair were believed to have reconciled, they haven’t been seen together in public in months. Tiny missed T.I.’s birthday party in September at Story nightclub in Miami, and he hasn’t been seen at any of her recent Xscape tour dates. Neither has posted about the other on social media in months.

Tiny filed for divorce in December 2016, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and said that there was no hope for reconciliation. She said they’d been living separately, and BOSSIP learned that the pair has been paying taxes on separate mega-mansions a few towns away from each other for at least a year.

Tiny’s petition asked for T.I. to make a full accounting of their money, property and investment accounts because she said she is entitled to half of everything. The singer turned reality star also asked for half of the automobiles they amassed during their union as well as money TI has in a retirement account.

She also said the couple is in debt – likely the millions they owe to the IRS – and argued that because of T.I.’s high earning ability, he should be responsible for paying it off, according to the divorce docs.

T.I. fired back and countersued Tiny, but the details were kept under wraps because they persuaded the court to seal the divorce record.

We’ve reached out to lawyers for both T.I. and Tiny for comment.
