I can hardly believe this. 3yrs for cashing in his decease brother’s checks–which is disgusting–but TI gets a yr and this community service ish for his gun/drug charges??! TI pled guilty which is why he received a reduced sentence. The feds require convicts to serve 85% of their sentence, and it is no longer the days of Club Fed due to the influx of blacks and latinos committing federal offenses. So I doubt if he is receiving anything above substandard health care as most federal prisons are privately owned.
