The Kardashians Respond To Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit

There’s still a legal battle brewing between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians.

As previously reported Chyna is alleging that the Kardashians blocked her from getting a second season of “Rob & Chyna” by using their “power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season.

According to the Kardashian-Jenners however, Chyna’s case should be tossed out according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. In the docs attorneys for the family allege that Chyna is actually at fault because she filed a domestic violence restraining order against Rob in July so there’s NO way he could’ve filmed.

“Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West and Rob Kardashian’s attorneys filed a “demurrer” objecting to and asking for a dismissal of Chyna’s lawsuit against them, in which the mother of two claimed the Kardashians were responsible for E! not moving forward with the planned second season of Rob & Chyna, the former couple’s reality show documenting the birth of their 1-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian.

In the documents filed Dec. 21, the Kardashians allege Chyna, 29, herself prevented the show from filming after receiving a domestic violence restraining order.

The order prevented Rob from contacting Chyna “either directly or indirectly, in any way” and required him to stay away from her, her home and place of work.

According to the filing, “Given Plaintiff’s conduct in seeking and obtaining a restraining order that required Rob to stay away from Plaintiff and her workplace, no trier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of Rob & Chyna would have been picked up and filmed.”

PEOPLE adds that Kim and Kris have a January 18 court date to present their case for having the lawsuit dropped.

Mind you Chyna is also facing a lawsuit from Rob and Kylie that they filed last September — Rob alleging that Chyna went on a drinking and drug binge with a stripper they brought home before violently attacking him, and Kylie claiming that she caused $100,000 to the home they were renting from her in the process.

Well damn, Angela Kard White. Hit the flip to see a response from Chyna.

Chyna (and Lisa Bloom) reportedly think it’s disgusting that the Kardashians are blaming her restraining order on the show’s cancellation.

According to TMZ, Chyna’s “irate” and thinks they’re “sending a terrible message” to women that getting a domestic violence restraining order is a bad thing.

She’s also reportedly adamant that she really was in fear for the safety of her and her daughter, and believes that women should not lose jobs while they’re trying to protect themselves.

She has a point, now we’ll just have to wait and see how all this plays out in court.
