That was some realy sad mess that went down in Chicago. Our kids are getting way out of line. Its time to set some new values!! I thought that seeing other blacks acheive some level of success would boost our esteem some but people are doing the same old thing!!!!

What is Eric Holder going to do besides smile for the cameras. He cant fix this, this problem can only be fixed by proper parenting. It can only be fixed if folks actually start caring about where they live and what goes on around there. It can only be fixed when people are no longer afraid to tell what they may have seen in the streets..etc…etc.

I applaud the effort but lets get real here.

I can understand the outrage and why everyone is like “Where’s Obama?” But my question is, Where are the parents? It’s easy to pass the problem off to someone else but the real soultion needs to start in the homes. This is not the first or the last time something tragic like this will happen. You can’t exoect the President to be there and hold everyone’s hands. We need to find the solution to why our children are behaving this way.

This is getting scary, they are talking about deploying the National Guard on Chicago’s troubled neighborhoods to keep peace.
It’s a shame, the Guard was once used to protect black college students from racists in the south, now they may used to protect black people from other black people.
At this point, nothing is working and it’s more than obvious that we have a serious problem with young black men in Chi.
